From today's episode I have some doubts,

So will Kabir distance himself from Ananya?

Will Ananya being hurt by Kabir , will go to Ronnie?

What does Manav meant by Kabir Ananya is toh kuch nahin hai

If this continues , when will they show kabirs past and ansnyas dads case

So ultimately no confessions right ?

Ans1) Judging by the spoilers, i think yes he might distance himself from ananya for a while but not sure about the reasons

Ans2)Maybe not because she will be turning down Ronnie's proposal and i thin for a while will want to avoid running to him

Ans3)I think he, like all the rest, believe that kabir is a womanizer and won't take ananya seriously...but i'm not sure which dialogue you're referring to, i don't recall.

Ans4)This is all up to the writers depending on when they think it's the right time for the big reveal about the many mysteries of kabir's life in the past and also if ananya's dad's case will be reopened.

Ans5) Well ofcourse there'll be confessions like it was said in one of the epis "bolna toh padega warna pata kaise chalega". I don't know if both will come to know directly from each other of people around them will help them figure it out but when the time is right we might expect the confessions.
