A cruel Truth is much Better...Than a comfortable Delusion
--Edward Abbey

It must have been really tough for Kabir to reveal the truth to Ananya about her father...beacuse all these years she has believed him to be alive...& subconsciously its the only hope that keeping the positivity in her that her father will be back 😊😊...& now with Kabir's revelation that single hope has been wiped off...

Kabir had seen how hopeful Ananya has been about father's return & he felt right to break her delusion no matter how painful truth is & how much it hearts ...
I dont think it wud have been easy for him to make that decision...personally it wud have taken a lot from him to gather courage & break the truth in front of Smiling Ananya.

*****

After a light hearted & smiling previous episode last Friday...this week started on high emotional note for both Kabir-Ananya...thankfully beginning of episode we saw smiling two friends...coz later it was just sadness & tears.

Guess Mr. Kabir took his friend's advice literally... "dil mein koi baat hai toh keh de...mann ko halka karle" ... By revealing about her father, he did same...somewhere he felt as a daughter she has the right to know & instead of leading life on false hope, its better that she knows & accepts the truth...

Somewhere I agree with Kabir, whatever he has done is acceptable, if at this stage, when they are being friends & Ananya has started trusting him...& he wud have hidden this truth it wud have been unfair...no matter how heartbreaking the truth had been for Ananya, but it wud atleast stop her from continuing her long wait to see her father return...instead now she can focus more strongly in clearing her father's name... with help of Kabir she can atleast reach for the real culprits behind the whole fiasco & get them punished...& show it to whole world that her father had been a Honest & innocent person.

****

If hearing from Kabir had been difficult for Ananya, it had been more than difficult for Kabir, to come up to her & confess the truth...cud easily make out the turmoil he had been when he reached her home... guess revealing the truth had been toughest thing he had done in his life...He himself realizes that in his one revelation he had taken away that one single hope...Ananya, her family had been surviving...the hope that one fine day Sudhir Kashyap the husband, the father wud return back to them & once again they wud be one happy family all over again.

It was so contrasting...the happiness Ananya had on seeing Kabir at her home...& the sadness & guilt in Kabir's eyes when he reached. ...The smile on Ananya's face...& pain in Kabir eyes, that soon he gonna wipe off that smile with what he gonna say...& indeed what he said & revealed, it was really heart wrenching...whatever happened with Ananya's father was wrong, how he was made a scapegoat...& how he cudn't do anything to prove himself...more importantly he cudn't do anything to bring out the real culprits...Felt bad for him.

****

As for Ronnie, I didn't get his point how he brought love into Kabir-Ananya's relation...& why he even push that thought in her head, he knows it since beginning... Ananya had been a fangirl of Kabir, now if she is praising him, constantly talks about him...if she smiles at him etc...its nothing new...if she changed his dinner plan just for Kabir, I don't think Ronnie shud have been surprised ...dats was expected from Ananya...Though Ananya's response to Ronnie had been very clear, at this stage she doesn't think she has fallen in love with Kabir...but Ronnie's thoughts has somewhere made her think back & question herself...

Personally, I don't want to see anyone pushing Kabir-Ananya into romance, even if they fall in love eventually...it shud be through their own realization not just because their friends think so.

& Manav bhai, instead of Malvika proposing Kabir...I wud like you to see proposing like that boy on rooftop...& Khalid will help you...

*****

My own doubt - (though I don't think it cud turn out true, as it seems to filmy but still)

Whatever Kabir revealed about Sudhir Kashyap committing suicide, its just his assumption... he didn't saw him jumping off the hilltop, neither he said anything about what exactly Sudhir's last words were...agreed he might have been depressed & disturbed at that stage & in that mental state it expected for a man who is fighting a loosing battle suicide wud seem as easy route to escape everything...& he might have actually have committed suicide...But its quite possible that "He Didn't" maybe he created such a situations, which gives the idea that he is dead so that his family is left alone from accusations & media trial...Hoping against hopes, maybe he is alive somewhere far away...

Another possibility could be...what Kabir revealed is not complete truth, he has something much more to reveal...or maybe he wants Ananya to focus more on finding the actual truth behind her father's incident rather than just finding her father...

*****

Lets see whats in store in future of Kabir-Ananya..will it bring two of them together to prove Sudhir Kashyap or will it drift apart the two...
Will their friendship go more stronger...revelation of truth will make it difficult to work together

Truth will set you Free...but first it will make your life miserable.

You've summed it up beautifully.
The truth is important to both Kabir and Ananya. Through this episode, we see Kabir will not use the truth, he genuinely stands for the truth. He truly believes in exposing the truth. Its not always easy or positive. Sometimes the truth hurts. But the truth must be told.
