Yes we know it was one of the toughest epi till date, to bear and to confront! Mostly so, bcoz it involved the most vulnerable, gullible, and innocent Ananya Kashyap. And it was her only hope! She had lived with this hope for years, idolized Kabir, and never lost her strength to fight back. But with one blow, Kabir took it all away. But it brot her forth stronger. We saw how strong Ananya can b in face of adversity. She had been when she waited for her father all day long to come back home and he didn't. And she had to b strong to support her family, give them hope, and every time when her mom asked her abt her dad she had to assure he wud be back home with conviction though half sure herself. With Kabir, she found hope again, and slight ray of hope tht after 8 long years of wait, she wud get some trace of her father! One cannot blame Kabir. He did wat a friend wud do. He had made a promise and as fate wud have it, he was the one who communicated with her father in his last moments! It wud've been a betrayal on his part if he held back everything from her any longer and wud've been more damaging. Just after the ordeal of kidnapping, Ananya had to get back to normal before he cud reveal the bitter truth to her. But he had always been strong and believed in facing the bitter truth head on and felt Ananya wud do the same. And he was right. Her initial denial and then angry acceptance is the proof tht she had feared it all along. More thn shock it was the bitter facing of the truth tht pained her. And more painful was it so bcoz it was delivered by the one who she wud've turned for support! So she had to be strong and shun him, vent out her anger for he is her true friend. One who she knows she can take out her anger and wud still understand her. We keep getting angry and disappointed on and for ones who we love and care for! Her pushing him away is the sign tht she is leaning more onto him. Her questioning herself abt being in love with him was so natural manifestation of the way he was behaving with her. His unpredictable nature made her even ponder what if he asked such a question? Was she really ready to answer it? Was she even sure abt herself? But she had an instinctive inkling tht his ways are changing for her. Such genuine appreciation, I m sure Kabir must've never bestowed upon anyone, save any girl, post his traumatic divorce. His relation with Tarini-Anurag is protective, custodian. His relation with Ananya is free of any such obligation. It's pure and natural. Hence he could laugh more with Ananya thn with anyone else, and could b freely b himself.
Her relation with Ronnie is unique. Thy understand each other so well. And sometimes even words are not needed, and yet thrs stark difference betn her and Kabir and her and Ronnie. Thy have been so used to each other and most of the time thy take each other for granted. It happens wen the friendship is so deep and so genuinely formed. And then when the heart starts to meddle in its affairs, the heart break is inevitable. It was so painful to see tht Ananya cudnt see beyond the pure fship of Ronnie. The way he had subtly changed towards her. So easily she cud ask to postpone the dinner date, not knowing how very imp it was to Ronnie. His life hung on tht single yes. And yet he cudnt stop her when Kabir called. His worry of her being in love with Kabir had the opposite effect on her. It boosted and rather reaffirmed her notion of thr being something brewing on betn her and Kabir.
I loved the way she said Kabir and her little monologue with herself in the mirror. No thy r not thr yet and Ronnie and Tarini and Malvika and Manaav r going to play imp roles in bring thm together.
No this aint going to be a typical love triangle or jealousy or misunderstanding track. Every move tht Malvika and Manav try to make against thm is going to turn in thr favor and make things more clear betn thm. Ronnie will continue to play the fship game. I don't think so he wud've courage to confess again. He might confront Kabir if he really thinks he is jst playing with Ananya. And that scene wud b worth a watch. And I m so looking forward to it.
No I m not at all disappointed with today's episode and I didn't find Kabir's move of revealing everything to Ananya out of blue. He had already made up his mind in tht barn when she asked for his friendship. He had to be with her, support her, guide her, when she is faced with this truth. No he cudnt go to party with her family. How cud he? He was slowly making Ananya ready to face the truth. Give her enuf confidence and trust to come back to him when the need be!
But alas, he wudnt have pictured Ronnie in the scene, hence his shock at Ronnie's revelation. Now the game has changed. Things can no longer be in his control. But he did what was right and wat a friend wud do!
I think Ananya wud forgive him once she comes out of this trauma.
And as spoiler suggests, this revelation is going to b biggest turning point in this relationship!
Next week I think we might see Kabir's past unravel. And only then we can see any progress in thr r'ship!
p.s.: Regarding the precap and Malvika-Manaav's conversation in the epi, I want her to get jealous abt Tarini too! Its jst crush, not love, what does she want! Seriously! I cant believe Manaav is letting her play her silly game! I m sure Manaav is eyeing KKN and not Ananya! He wants to give Kabir chaal, sheh aur maat. But wait till Kabir gets his heart and feeling sorted out. Phir teri khair nahi! Oh! How I wish he cud give Malvika her own test of medicine!
