Manav starts with his news. He tells Mahi's story, and then Mahi's mom tells her about Mahi's childhood and he modeling life. She mentions how she always felt Mahi was doing something wrong but never could talk to her regarding the matter due to distance and Mahi's work. She said she caught Mahi using drugs and struggling for her life, and thought Mahi would one day realize her mistake and call her. She says she wants to thank Ananya and KKN for reuniting her with her daughter. She mentions everyone makes a mistake in their life and Mahi also did. Manav ends his news with a good note. All praise Manav and about Manav getting "emotional" Richa mentions that he is shedding crocodile tears. Kabir overhears this conversation and walks out pissed. Ananys says lets see if we get ratings with emotional story of sensational story. Malvika says Khalid you must be enjoying this. You brought Kabir over Manav and now your letting Manav do whatever he wants as well. Khalid says we have to keep the competition alive.

Manav comes out happy, and asks for his partner Ananya. Khalid congratulates him. Manav gives Ananya all the credit. Khalid says she took 2 lakh for the news. He says we will know the ratings soon. Kabir comes out to congratulate Manav. Manav shakes hands with Ananya and then hugs her which Kabir gets jealous seeing and walks back to his cabin. Manav continues praising Ananya.

Ananya meets Ronnie and tells him everyone praised her except Kabir. Just because she didn't give him the Mahi story at first and when she was ready with the story he didn't like it. Ronnie stares at her. She asks why is he staring. He says you know. He says your story is finished but you're stuck in between Manav and Kabir's fight. Ananya says she feels their channel will be # 1 and Kabir is wrong and my story will be a hit for sure. I will work my best I don't care about the fight between the two. She asks him to drop him home then.

Kabir gets news from his khabri and asks him to continue his search. Manav also gets some news from his khabri and tells him to keep an eye. Kabir asks Richa is she Bhavna Shroff, and she says its Apurva Shroff's wife & Apurva is a youth politician and will win this time. Manav tells Ananya that Apurva Shroff left the rally without security and for her to meet his wife and get her at the channel by 8pm as any news related to him is sensational since his the future of India. Kabir asks Richa to do the same and not let anyone know in the office. Manav says the same to Ananya.

Richa comes out of Kabir's cabin and comes over to Ananya and says she just came from Kabir's cabin and is so happy that Kabir is noticing her as reporter now. Ananya says it is great news and asks what news he asked her to cover. Richa says nothing important. Anaya calls someone and Richa asks who are you calling and she says she's working on a story but no one is picking up. Ananya calls and says phone is not reachable, so she will go out and speak.

Khabri calls Kabir and tells him that it's usual for Apurva Shroff to leave rally without security and Kabir says that's weird. Kabir says he probably turned his phone off on purpose, but I plan on meeting his wife, we will definitely get a story from her. Ananya on the other side calls Sunny and says that she has to go to Bhavna's house. He says even Richa said same to him. Kabir calls Richa into his cabin, Ananya watches Richa entering his cabin and gets jealous. Kabir asks Richa if she spoke to Bhavna. Richa says she couldn't meet her and Kabir says he will meet her personally then. Ananya is angry

Kabeer gives end of episode moral gyaan.

Precap: Ananya reaches Bhavna's house, but it is locked. Sunny says nobody is at home. Kabir comes there as well and asks Ananya what is she doing here?
