Chapter 1
After he finished his 9 pm show...he was walking back to his cabin, when he felt a tap on his shoulder. It was Malvika."Hey Kabir...you did an awesome job! Hmm...I think this calls for celebration...let's go for dinner Kabir" " Malv..." the words got stuck in his throught at the scene that unfolded before his eyes.Manav had used Ananya's story and his show had been a great success...
"Hey Ananya...we make up a great team..don't we ssweetheart?"...Manav asked being all the more cozy enjoying Kabir's disturbed face...he hugged her completely covering her in his arms.Oh! How his blood boiled seeing this but he could not understand why.A tap on his shoulder bought him back to the KKN studio from his thoughts..."chalein Kabir?"...Malvika asked."N..nahi Malvika...u go I have some work", saying this he stormed in his cabin giving the glass door a hard swing.
As he leaned on his rotating chair...he thought about his life...his past.

Why am I feeling disgusted looking at Ananya and Manav hug?Power is everything for me now...because none believe in the truth said by a poor man...but a rich and powerful man's lie is also accepted gladly. They drove down to Ananya's house.Ananya asked Kabir to come in and have dinner with her.He simply couldn't turn down that offer...even though he tried his best to do so.
Ananya took out the key and unlocked the door.Her mom and brother were in Nasik enquiring about Armaan's college.
Ananya rummaged through the selves and all she found was some dough and a few boiled potatoes...
A: sir...I hope aloo parathas will do for u?
K: ananya plz...its ok...I'll go
A: no Sir...I listened to u...now it's your turn
K:yes boss( in mock salute)
As soon as ananya stepped in the kitchen the lights went off
A:oh no!!!!Kabir sir??..are u there?
K:yes...I'm there in the hall...tell me where are the candles kept I'll bring one.
A:thanks a lot sir..their in the drawer of the table behind the sofa
Kabir lighted a candle and got it to ye kitchen...he was awestruck to see the heavenly beauty of ananya in the candle light...he helped her with the cooking...making almost Indian map like parathas.
K: bye ananya...got to go...I guess we forgot we have office tomorrow (chuckled)
A: bye sir
K: this girl's surely doing something to me...I love to watch her...to hear her blabber...in short I like everything about her...even her slightly burnt parathas tasted heavenly today...why is it so???
He kept pondering till he reached home and collapsing on his bed
