A fascinating episode woth lot of unanswered questions

Kabir Sharma is guilty of what? And who is the boy called Anurag? It can't be his son. Otherwise why is he staying in the orphanage?

Tonight's Episode leaves behind several questions- some, shall be answered in the next Episode, while the others would have to wait for a while..

Yet another hard-hitting, harsh reality of our society.. False allegations of sexual abuse, that too in a period when our TV sets and newspapers are swarming with cases depicting molestation, physical abuse and crimes against minors.

Innocent until proven guilty' - A very important principle in the criminal justice system often gets a setback in some cases as these.

The woman in question may have her own reasons, revenge, political pressure, etc. to frame the accused. But who is the real victim? The woman in question, or the man who is being accused for a crime he hasn't committed?

How often do we see our media being sensitive enough towards such men? Does everyone get a fair chance, to prove their innocence? We would never know..

So, Kudos to the Makers of #Reporters for picking up a delicate issue yet again. How they treat it remains to be seen..

Ananya's past..

Her father, Sudhir Kashyap (If I heard his name right) too was accused, and humiliated in a similar manner. The allegations against him were too severe, and perhaps he wasn't even given a chance to prove his innocence.

These things often go unnoticed. The heinous nature of the crime levelled at the accused (innocent party in such cases) often evokes an overwhelming sense of betrayal. In highly publicised cases, the general public has a strong tendency to assume the accused is guilty, leading to very serious social stigma.

It was perhaps this overwhelming psychological trauma that led her father to flee, leaving behind a family.

What does it mean for KaYa?

Like her mother once mentioned, it was the media who sealed his fate. The truth remains hidden till date, and now Ananya might just get the boost she needed to approach Kabir regarding her father's case.

Because it's obvious that Kabir isn't willing to give a verdict on the current case involving the Doctor, and somehow that might add up to Ananya's belief that he could also perhaps help her prove her father's innocence..

Yet again, Kritika portrayed Ananya's hurt and turmoil flawlessly..

So KKN is going to follow the news closely, and try and get to the root of it..

Who knows if Kabir wasn't at the helm, maybe Khalid and the other bosses would've jumped the bandwagon and pronounced Dr. Sinha as guilty?

The cake-cutting scene.. Hilarious!!

The actor playing Khalid is actually a veteran, and he's always known to get into the skin of his character.. He plays the business-minded, hyper Khalid with so much ease that it makes you laugh out loud.

Okaay.. I gotta stop fangirling before I write.. How awesome is Kabir!

Well, we'd expect him to do just that..

He wants power, but not for himself.. Perhaps he has his personal agenda too, but he clearly is looking at the broader picture. With power at his disposal, he wants to set things right, he wants to make a difference. He wants to contribute towards fixing the mindset of the masses, and the media alike.

And that is what will be the mantra to his success.. A strong-headed, focussed individual with his feet planted right on the ground. Kabir Sharma is one of the best male leads ever.

The following quote by popular author D. A. Benton pretty much sums up his character -

These little light moments between them are like a breath of fresh air, amongst the high emotional drama that surrounds them and their personal lives..

Kabir seems to be observing his junior a lot more than he gives credit to himself for.. First the bracelet, then her innocence-happiness, and now her fast?

This express train is definitely headed towards its destination in SuperFAST speed..

We got to witness an entirely different side to him - A jovial, innocent, mischievous and a calm Kabir..

Who Anurag is, and why Kabir holds himself guilty is a question we cannot answer at the moment. Perhaps the picture might clearer with the next episode.

There is nothing romantic about Kabir-Tarini's relationship.. FOR NOW!

Ab toh paschataap hi aapke jeevan ki kahani hai..' hints at something that might have happened in the past. He falters with guilt, which may or may not be related to his divorce/marriage.

If even the unadulterated joy on being with the children fails to bring him happiness, I wonder just how much is he damaged from within!

A guilt-ridden hero, burdened with a baggage from his past, seeking light to lighten up the darkness that he lives within - Oh dear, I am in love with him already..

KaYa- If and when they do come together, are going to fit like two pieces of a puzzle, one commonly calls soulmates..

Manav - Grrr.. I could punch the daylights out of him for his crass remarks, but then again sadly jealousy is an indispensable part of human nature, and the race to the top!

He is going to use this information to the best of his advantage, by twisting it. In the wake of the scandal surrounding the doctor-student sexual abuse case, he might even succeed in putting Kabir in a tight spot..

But I, for one am pretty confident that our hero shall bail his way out.. How, remains to be seen..

Kabir presents the news, however the intention was clear today. He doesn't want to judge the accused as yet. And since he has the power of the fourth estate at his disposal, he takes a step forward to influence the masses who watch him.

The complete picture might be entirely different, and what is front of us might just be an illusion.

Which we now know, it is.. The doctor is being framed.

And the entire scandal surrounding him shall collapse like a pack of cards, just like Manav's evil, crass intentions and scheming.

The precap has me on the edge of my seat.. Manav's cheap tricks, the news coverage, Dr. Sinha's fate, KKN staff's reactions, but above all, Ananya's take on the matter, and Kabir's plan of action..

What particularly intrigues me is how will Kabir Sharma juggle two things at once? His moral responsibility towards the case, and the allegations that will be thrown at him challenging his professionalism..

Tarini appears to be a close friend. What is stopping them from marrying each other?

Or is it that anurag is the product of his wife's EMA? Tarini appears to be his guardian.

But that still doesn't explain the guilt.. Unless Kabir was in some way responsible for the little boy's accident/death/not being able to save his parents..

And yeah, Tarini seems to be having a soft spot for Kabir.. Maybe I'm wrong.. Like I said, I'm majorly conphused!🤔

Very boring episode. Tarini kabir scene looked artificial. Manav doesnt have anything else to do. Hope mondays epi will be good. Today I am disappointed. Liked only end part where ronie appreciates how kabir can twist and present the news.
