' I was approached to act in couple of Saas Bahu soaps in the past but I can not play a bahu who sobs day and night.

Shweta Gulati, the beautiful television actress who became famous as spoilt brat of Remix, is playing the lead in Bindaas's new show 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.'


The theme of the show has Gulati playing an advertisement executive, who can not see eye to eye with her creative head. This love and hate relationship between Shweta and the male lead create humorous situations in the show.

Shweta loved the role of this young executive and lapped it up giving

preference over other offers from leading channels. As the actress does not believe in doing one show for years, such hilarious show, which have relatively limited time period, suits her fine than saas bahu soaps, which linger on for years altogether.

It may be recalled that Gulati had also acted in Sony channel's much hyped show 'Amber Dhara', but her role had gone largely unnoticed. However, Shweta does not want to go for reality shows as they do not offer good money due to their limited budgets. Nonetheless, she would like to be part of a show like Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa
