so i think if ever anybody has to make a mix on same song she should ask other person who has made it for permission

i dont know about your case but on other hand someitmes maybe other persom mustnt have seen that a mix on same song has been made already as it maybe a old song so he cont with his mix and post it

i think we should have a topic where all song on which a mix has been made and which are going to be made should be written or be reserved with vmix maker name so that if it is any old song or any song is same song we are making then we know that song mix has been made already so that we refrain from making it or ask person for his permission

Well I dont think we can reserve songs n all.....aise toh I will reserve 10 songs for AY n then take a whole year to make them......n also whenever there is a new song that has just aired everyone wants to make a mix on it.....so then whose reservation do u count in such a case 😕.

ya agree v cnat reserve songs but i thnk v can atleats haf aleats of all video mixessssss ......dat cna b dun ...atelastt erserving also even i dun agree at alll

well not reserving all songs which you want to make but the song you are making you only make one mix at a time na as soon as you start making it you should then reserve it that i have started making it now so that everyone come to know in a topic and if other person want to make a mix on same song then he would come to know and not start making mix or atleast ask you if can me it this way his efforts would also not go to vain as he mustnt had even started making mix

and for new songs well for that i also dont know solution maybe we should try and find out something for it😕

Dont be surprised but I make 3/4 of them at a time 😆....coz trust me making mixes for AY is really tuff....so there always comes a stage when u dont know wat vid to use for this particular line.......n then bcoz ur stuck u move on to the other mix....atleast in my case its like that.....so that while making the other mix u suddenly get the perfect vid to go with the 1st mix....I know its crazy but it works......n that is the only way I know to work 😆

yaa same thng happenes wth meeeee i start making oen mixx and i dun knwo wat vdi shdu i put so switch 2 otehr mixxxxx ......but reserving for ne song is nt d solution i m still admant on hafing a lsit of all videomixess v allc na provide 2 vanshu and she can post it dat cna mek work atelasthalf way betteerrr and even fro newbiess

ok listing the videos we have made is absolutely working us if we further try to make mixes we can see what songs have taken

but what if two people make a mix simulataneously on same song and post it together 😕

becuase for a new song many people get attracted and start making mixes😕

we have to havea solution for that too cause many have to scrap their mix beacuse same song have been posted in forum when they are at their final touch and whole efforts are gone lost😭😕

ok before i say anything on this..i just want to say i am not being judgemental here..dis is just my opinion on the issue..

i can't relate to ur hurt nitz..cos i never experienced such a situation...and with my first mix ..i am apparently on the other side..lolz

but frankly i never understood wat is d big fuss abt...its confusing as to wat is one's creativity or contribution in a vidmix....watever vidmixes i have seen till date...d one thing dat really differentiates a fabulous vidmaker from an amateur one is wat scenes he/she uses or how d person blends d scenes with the lines of d song....cos like good songs..even d scenes of both couples are in limited numbers...

now in d case of tumse hi…..agreed u must have used a fab and a very popular song on ay..but i don't think ur vmix is so loved cos of that....it must be mostly appreciated cos of the way u made d mix....ur perception of d song was ur creativity..not choosing d song itself...

now i am not even going to the part that its a film song...and none of us own a right over it...but even if u disregard it...d only way sumone can insult ur creativity...is if sumone has seen ur work...and blatantly copied d scenes u used for each lines...

if using d same song for two mixes is copying then using the same pics for two diff siggies should also be termed so...if it sounds ridiculous in terms of siggy..den it should be applied to vidmixes too....

esp when dis problem arises mostly with the recent popular numbers..like those from oso..jwm...everybody listens to d song..and everyone loves it...der r bound to be more than one mixes on such songs....

and frankly i don't see a way to solve such a situation...

d suggestion of pming d vidmaker befor making a mix is fine...but then wat abt those who r not active in d forum...like in d case of raksha..she's hardly ever active here..thus had no idea abt d vmix...now that she also made a vidmix on d same song....wat abt her efforts?...and if u ask me..her vmix was her own original perception of the song too...if she's made to scrap it... or not allowed to post here in the forum or share it here..den i think its unfair..though its her choice if she wants to scrap it or not...

but if u go by that rule..den u take away d right of a not so active member to make vmix..and u seriously can't expect d person to go through all d old topics to be sure

and how on earth would sumone keep count of the songs already used...and d songs still to be used.... der r many vidmixes on both the couples...

plus der's d issue of how quick u are in making mixes....and who's d first one to post it...esp in d case of much-sought after songs....

in my opinion...an ay mix and tr mix cannot be compared..not only d couples and deir love tracks are starkly diff from each oter..even d viewers of d mixes are not d same... obv d ay fans don't watch a tr mix and tr fans don't watch an ay one..barring few...so if there's no obv competition den wat is d problem here?

and if u go by d unwritten code..since i use d song first..den its my song..and u'll have to take my permission...den der can be a lot of problems if sumone knowningly or unknowingly doesn't do so..den wat can u do abt it?..nuthing...which can lead to resentment

frankly when anyone chooses to make a mix...i am sure dey go for a song not used before...why put in a lot of effort when u know u r not d first one making a mix on it...so if der is a mix on d same song..den d high chances r d person had no idea abt it...or she wasn't quick enough to be the first one to post it....whether she chooses to pm and tell abt d vidmix..den its her choice really..

i for one..am not going through alll mixes ever made just to be sure...before making vidmix..but yes i will def try not using dose songs which i know for sure are already used....mainly cos it kills half d fun of making d vmix...

but ya if i have no choice but use d song..if i am already making one..den i don't mind pming d person and inform her before posting d mix...

having said that i really don't mind if sumone uses any song if after i use dem ..widout asking me...cos even she doesn't ask..i can't do a thing abt it except holding a grudge against her..so its much better to let go

i don't disagree with d fact dat its not a good feeling to see d song used again on another couple..but its def not copying..and one can't possibly go on making sure that no one uses d song ever.....it just won't work…

c nitzie is moreova hurt cuz dis song is cnnectd to us ay fans in several wys......n we hd been pesterin her sinc den 2 mke a vmix on dis sng......moreova it ws afta tht tht dis vmix ws made.....also wht strtd hppnin ws we'v hd several jwm discussns in ayls n hw geet n aditya r like ay.....soooo all in all all dis is gttin into us ay fans....jo shayad sahi nahi hai....bt thts possibly y dres so much attachmnt wth jwm n its songs

n den dis vmix is close not jus cuz its her best n really close 2 her but dre r several persnl reasns as well....

believe me i am trying to vanshi...if nitz found it imp to open a topic on this..den it must be imp for her and u guys..

but...clearly raksha had no idea abt this..now she actually went to lenghts to remove d link not only from rf but she also removed d mix from yt...which is a commendable thing on her part..she scrapped her efforts to maintain peace here

but not everyone will be like raksha..and i really don't see any solution to this...unless we have an open mind abt using d songs and all..

unless ofcourse u guys can come up with other ideas...i can't see d pm thing working though😕
