no i dont think is nervous and this is not the lift scene in this scene tia had to bend down and turn and look at ranveer actually i think after bending down when she was going up she was locked between how she should turn her face cause ranveer face was coming above and his hands were around her so she couldnt find gap and balance

you normally while dancing from heart especially in lifts and turns tend to make faces lips this is sign that you are totally giving yourself into what are you doing and so did shweta gave her best and

ya it is really very difficult to do lift and turns and hats off to karan and shweta who did it so perfectly serioulsy if ranveer hadnt lift tia properly she would have fallen and hurt herself
