Ashi was sitting…compltly exhausted by d party…somebody came over to her and said, "ashi I want to introduce u and uv to someone"….he took her to where uv was standing and den brought some people with him…"ashi uv I want u to meet d gorgeous diva and a living legend…Sonya Ray….I am sure u guys must have seen dozens of her movies….and this is her family…..Mr Sumeet Ahuja…the business tycoon…and their princess Tia….isn't she as beautiful as her mommy….and of course this is Ranveer…Tia's Prince Charming"….ashi did not knw what to say she just stood dere frozen….uv said a formal hello but he was more concerned abt ashi….her pain and anger was reflected in his eyes…and he put a protective arm around her……dat person moved away and ashi uv were left alone wid dem….nobody spoke a word…there was an awkward silence in which everyone present tried to think of an excuse to get away.

Finally tia said…"mumma chaliye tia is hungry and as it is we dnt hav much time to waste…." Sonia looked relieved at the excuse.

sonya:..ya shona even I m very hungry, sumeet jaan lets go and hav dinner…and dey all walked away….leaving ashi alone wid all d pain and regret of d past ten years….a photographer came over and asked Sonya for a pic….she said she wanted a pic wid her family and specialy wid her daughter…..d photographer commented what a perfect family….u and ur daughter complement each other so well maam god has given u d perfect daughter…..who reflects ur beauty…….ashi cld hear no more…her eyes were full of tears of pain and anger….and uv cldnt bear d site of her….he took her inside and held her close……ashi sweety its ok….we dnt need neone in our life….as long as we r together deres no space for neone….tears trickled from her eyes….and he wiped dem gently and tried to erase all her pain from his love….

she said bitterly….d perfect daughter…haaa….d perfect family….and me…me….i guess I was too imperfect for her….my so called "mumma" is standing rt dere…



uv: sheesh sweety its ok u cant loose ur self like dis for people who dnt care for u…listen to me wacko u r very very very imp for all of us…dose smiles u see in dese faces na dey r all bcoz of u jaan……she walked away from him, kicking a stone in her path angrily….uv came to her but she said…uv plz plz leave me alone….

uv was hurt…he wanted to hold her to be wid her to wipe off all her pain he wanted to caress her to kiss away all those tears which she wouldn't let herself show…he said…ashi dnt shun me out plzz ….she ran to him and hugged him hard….she took his hand and brought it to her lips and said uv I dnt knw what I m feeling my entire childhood is zooming in front of my eyes…Just give me some time alone. I need to gather my thoughts…plz psycho she said ……he understood her need of space and left after hugging her hard…daat one hug told her daat cme what may her uv wld always be dere wid her…all she needed to do was to reach out and call his name…..den she heard someone giggling. She turned to see her mom dancing happily wid Sumeet….oblivious to d rest of d world….Tia and Ranveer had stopped their own dance and where watching the older couple dance.

Ashi's face scrunched up in fury, her fists balled-up.
