Why Mitra is out of Maurya? Plz tell me

Can some one please tell me, or otherwise you people only help people who you know?

coz he was caught red handed taking bribe....

because ashi n rany planned soemthing against him
they put a camera in mitra's office the day before he was supposed to meet one of ashi's friend n his parents for admission. the friend was gonna pay DONATION in other words bribe .. so when mitra takes the donation/bribe it gets recorded in the camera. raghu sees rany n ashi putting the cam but says he wont tell anyone .. however the next day after mitra has taken the bribe they realise tht the tape from the cam is missing... but someone has already sent it to mr.jumbo in the board meeting where all the board members mr.mitra n juumbo watch the video of mitra takin a bribe. n mr.jambwal.. doesnt give mitra a chance to explain just says YOU'RE FIRED!
