Actually, JPEG images can even be created in PAINT!!! 😆 😆 😆

well for jpeg pix u go2 create watever pic of ur choice in paint or any normal software,and then u go2 "save as type:jpeg"
simple!! 😊

guys thanks but i mailly want to know how i can make mix two pic in one (by crpoing one pic in to another)and how to create animations (like the one i had used in my signature.
