The full story about nandini isn't revealed yet but all you questions about her will get answered in the next 2-3 chapters.
Mala's silence in the topic of rudra mayrahs marriage seemed in character to me as she isn't one to scream down the place in outrage. However mala would however want to hear from his own son why he married myrah. She also trusts his son loves paro alot so there's alot of things only rudra can answer. Myrah concern for naksh alone raises even more questions for mala on how myrah decided to get married to rudra too, but because she's not familiar with her she wouldn't ask her straight up.
