well hope you feel better soon, and I am not expert on this because I tend to hug poles, walls, floor, car, etc a lot too. I am just surprised I have yet managed not to break anything in my body, touch wood or whatever superstitious thing to avoid that...anyways, try not to do the same..😆 but if you do take this in note...
