So true

These types of characters leave wrong impressions on young girls' minds about how men actually are, and impressionable girls have wrong expectations from real life men who never measure up to their favorite characters from TV or BW.

This is completely wrong.

I make it a point not to let kids watch romantic shows or movies because of this idealistic depiction of characters - both men and women.
