Sanaya was more popular and better known than Barun when IPK started And in Geet, DD was more popular and better known among the youth audience than Gurmeet was ... he was better known by the older audience for Ramayan. So I don't think that generalisation really holds true.

I had read some comment on this forum earlier that when a PH approaches any Channel with an idea, the channel decided whether they want to make it on big or small scale .. and if the PH doesnt have any actor in their mind for their show , then channel makes the decision for actors too ... but in either case, its the channel who has the final say ...

4 Lions Films which is known for its explicit concept and giving out variation to the viewers lately being Humsafars on Sony TV, is coming up with a new show on Star Plus.

Looks like the production house has opened its doors for a fresh concept and is exploring the same through their upcoming show.

While all of their shows have depicted a love story, 4 Lions Films' next venture is said to be based on youngsters.

Our reliable source informs us, "4 Lions Films is coming up with a new show on Star Plus. It will be a male oriented show and revolve around the college life of the lead."

We tried contacting the producer Gul Khan but she did not revert to our text message.
