BW working style is totally different then Television Industry. Where 'Goodwill' is matter n 'Goodwill' depends on your last HIT n box Office performance. Priyanka n Deepika can pull the movie but they are not guarantee of 100 crore business on Box Office.For example,Check this list of All time business of some Women's oriented Movies,2014 -

Queen - 61 cr

These all are HITS but,failed to touch at least, 75 crore business.In this case no one wants to pay them more because,their talent is not Guarantee of Full recovery of investment. Its plain business.

But,Television Industry is fair in this department. Here,Female leads are ruling. Actors Popularity n their Fanz following decides their 'Goodwill'.
