My Rangrasiyans,

Its 8 am and I haven't penned a word...so let me start somewhere...I also got some terrible news from back home...just now..One of my nephews was badly hurt with a head injury. Yet to hear if all is well...

Whilst watching an old episode when Paro explains the circle and how one sees things, she told the women "Mhare upar inke bahot karz hai. And she had earlier told that doll outside his home...that she would always keep Rudra happy...

Her untimely death robbed her of that...and she CHOSE MYRAH (out of the 7 souls on earth) for Rudra to complete what she had promised...and what she owed him. Tonight Paro fulfilled her side of the deal.

Myrah the chosen one for Rudra. The mother Dhruv chose for himself. The strong-willed woman Rudra found love again with. The smart bold girl whom the Ranawats came to love and respect.

Paro's full circle of life...

What a fabulous journey it has been.

I will not write about the episode as all of you have done a beyond brilliant job of it...and I am amazed...aur mein kya likhu?

How do I explain to my 73 year old mum why Rangrasiya shut down? Ashish and Sanaya were her favourites. My husband was grumbling last night when I said it was the last episode. But he kept arguing that it did not say The End!

There is a gloom, a lull...an emptiness...

Though short-lived it was a show that will stay with me for a long long time. I go back and keep watching the old episodes...because the thirst the yearning hasn't quenched.

I was actually invited by Guinea vide a PM to come to the RR forum when RR began. I was out of town and had to catch up with the first week of episodes when I returned.

Chose to watch Rangrasiya for Sanaya. But when I saw Ashish on screen..and those fight sequences...the first thing that came to my mind was..."A Real Hero on TV has arrived."

Now a fan of this very fabulous, hardworking committed and drool-worthy male actor for the first time. And yeah he is Worth It.

STF'v vision/dream was recreated on our screens...and what a vision it was...magical, stunning, striking and extraordinary in every sense.

I had made a conscious decision to stay away from making posts, ...yet I was drawn to the magic of it all and posted comments on Diya's thread whom I have known from Chanchhan days.

Landed on Sush's post when in agreement over her marketing strategy for RR...and that is how my connect with RR on the forum began.

And as we know the thread lead to many a friendship and bondings...a thread in the true sense that connected us all together...

My dear Shwets - The Queen of Collages...who created a beautiful album capturing every emotion, moment there was in RR. A fabulous keepsake.

Ten -The Queen of Acrostics...

Diya, Minnu Sush who gave us some brilliant and honest takes...Bkamber, Oldestfan, JJ, neet2407, SPraba, Deepel...and so many more who all came together for the love of RR...

So a toast to every Rangrasiyan for those times we shared together our joy, tears, laughter, dhak dhaks, disagreements, regrets and a deep common love for everything that was RangRasiya...

Cheers!

A tiny poem by Heather Black

A smile is cheer from you to me,
the cost is nothing its given for free.
They console the weary and gladden the sad.
And can make someone happy when they are mad.
Unlike blessings in which we pray
it's the only thing you keep when you give it away.

Hugs🤗

Hey girls,
Able to comment after a long time!!

So happy to see such beautiful comments; the love for the show just shines through. Through thick and thin, through illogical twists, through heart wrenching moments, u have stuck through and given such a beautiful tribute to RR just through ur persistence and patience!!

Yesterday, was an end or a beginning?? There was enough ambiguity in the episode. They have cleverly interwoven the sequence that Myrud or Parud shipper dont get upset!!

1. Myrah in lehenga looked like Paro, her bangs were pushed back and the nose ring made an appearance!!
2. Rohit's reaction after seeing Paro's photos!! Weird, he not once objected to the love that Rudra felt.. interesting ?? He just pushed her towards Rudra... no qualms, no doubts.. JJ.. I see ur back story working here 😉
3. Paro's rudraksh on Myrah?? Why oh why?? And the son gives it back. It was removed for him and it was put back by him!
4. Paro introduced Papa to Dhruv and now Papa introducing mummy???
5. Myrah running towards Rudra just like Paro!!

Like I said in one of the earlier posts.. If they dont show Parud.. I will still live in my fantasy of Parud ending!! And the CVs have clearly left the threads dangling!! Take it the way u want it to!!

Question: what was the significance of the gift that Rudra gave myrah.. Am still stuck there 😆😆
another thing that struck me funny is, Rudra needs younger women .. Laila gayi.. Paro gayi.. and finally Myrah is Paro's age when they met up first?? One lucky man 😆😆😆

I have been unable to write for a whole week and I feel sad that I missed so much. Though I managed to read ur takes, I was unable to participate!!
Anyway, I am going to post my appreciation in another post.

I could not watch Thursday's episode because I could not see Rudra and myrah that way.. But reading the takes helped me tremendously and I went back and watched the episode!! Thank you girls for giving me the fortitude and right frame of mind to enjoy the scene.

A special mention to RS, the dialogs were bang on and did not slip even during the downs!! Truly, I started watching another show (Do dil ek jaan) only for the dialogs he used to pen down!!

RR has been a beautiful journey and this forum is filled with such talented folks.
I am usually a silent reader because usually there is nothing much to add. Will miss the stalwarts who made viewing RR such a pleasure!!

I read a book by James Patterson recently. These lines struck a chord (Someone recommended this book on this thread, I am sorry I dont remember who. But thank you. it was a beautiful book)

Good memories are like charms, Nicky. Each is special. You collect them, one by one, until one day you look back and discover they make a long, colorful bracelet.

Bad stuff does happen sometimes, Nicholas. Always remember that, but remember that you have to move on, somehow.
You just pick your head up and stare at something beautiful like the sky, or the ocean, and you move the hell on.

One today is worth two tomorrows

The song Unbreak my heart for my family!

RR for me is like Titanic, a legend that inspires even today though its maiden voyage ended in tragedy.
I only pray and hope for the day when channels are inspired to break ground and stick to their guns and revolutionize the way Indian serials are viewed!

If anyone can find me a better picture of the selfie at the end, with Sanaya's face showing properly, please post it here, I would like to add it.

Thank you ladies for the wonderful take.

Watched the episode with a heavy heart. Probably the last moment to cherish Sanish.
A happy ending it was with Paro being the driving force behind Myrud's union.

This has the show I am most attached too. Not only for story, leads but also because of being part of such an amazing forum. Had joined IF during CC, used to follow Diya's thread regularly but always was a silent member. But the magic of RR and the posts here was such that I had to make posts.

Thank you for being there till the end and maitaining the positivity. Love all the fantastic post makers on this thread. It has being a pleasure knowing you all. Hope to meet you again.

Rangrasiya will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you ... added this on page 1.

This looks more like Sanaya, Ashish, Geetanjali, Udit and the rest ... not like the Ranawats! 😆 I think this was Ashish's last shot. They shot the haldi episode on the last day without him.
