From the sublime to the ridiculous

This is the feeling I was left with after I just finished viewing the last couple of episodes enmasse Moving on is one thing but with the doppelganger of ones late partner lickety split is another Are there any real life stories of such happenings? I would love to know and if there are I am guessing at one point comparisons are bound to creep up and what happens if one day you suddenly feel shortchanged that you may have just loved a mirage Do you realize the crass superficiality and retreat? I guess these deep questions are never part of Indian Soaps

I would have much preferred if Rudra had moved on with another face or given the current time constraint realize he is not shallow but always a one man one woman and lets Myra move on with Rohit Here it looks like its all about the body and not the soul The way he fangirled over Myra when she brought the baby to their household made me seriously cringe Gosh man have you forgotten you took a slap on behalf of Paro for she too advocated the same and her case was more poignant as she really was an orphan and could understand the pain of it and lord that bit with Rohit seriously 20 days is enough for you to fall in love it took you 6 frickin months with Paro

I really felt today's episode was all about the beautification of St Myrah by her most revered disciple Rudra who worshipped at her altar and suffered amnesia with err Paro who? is what Rudra must have been feeling and please the Universe does not play such tricks of facsimiles Soul mates are not just restricted to lovers it can be from family so if one loses a cherished parent sibling friend and if a doppelganger pops up can the same logic be applied I would love to know I have a soul mate in my life and it is not my other half We have been through hell and back and we know each others thoughts actions and reactions nuff said

RR 1 was all about a young gal understanding and getting a grip on his psyche chasing and loving a man who could not love and RR 2 is all about a older man who now knows what it is to love and has decided to practice what he learnt before now with a younger modern less needy version of his late partner with his experience and knowledge of love and now chasing her even though her fiance is in the picture and very right in his responses That dog and the bone of contention scene in last weeks episode left a serious distaste in my mouth Rudra was most embarassing in that scene and Rohit was restrained Anyone else would have yanked and punched and left with his gal to the nearest hotel and hired a new security firm He has the moral higher ground and rightfully so which Varun never had and reducing Myra to some idiot who is suddenly conscious about Asian conservatism makes it all the more farcical

Ok who else cringed over that unique RR pose being rather crassly used here for protecting Myrah from her fiance Really huh?

I seriously laughed when he told Rohit not to force alcohol on Myra So I guess all his experiences with Paro were mere stepping stones and lessons for his actual meant to be soul mate relationship with Myrah who is now the epitome of what he desires craves and wants in a woman and she will get the real marriage rites ala Marriage Act of 1955 and even that verbal I love you The writers have given the halo to Myrah

RIP RPR I mourn for you now

As always real life is demanding I ranted here between meetings and calls I will try to reply ok my success rate has been abysmal there but do know I do read replies I sneak my mini ipad during boring meetings back to real life

All the mess and haywire I only blame it on the channels pressure and constant greed for TRP -_-

Manaal 🤗 glad I caught ur post before logging off It was most promising and ok you may not like what I state it was not the channel fault but more PH they did not deliver what they promised None of the story lines were explored and finished properly

We all know Rang rasiya turned into a joke, but the way Rudra has been butchered hurts so much more. He was totally in character until after Myrah donned Paro's clothes, but after that he totally forgot the woman he supposedly will love until his last breath. Total bullshit they've done to Rudra. ST and co have made butchering an olympic sport and they have taken the gold, silver and bronze medals.

I was holding on to the hope and faith bit because I strongly believed no matter what they did to Paro they would never butcher the makers Fav Rudra but looks like he got sold under a monster truck and oh yes the podium belongs to the makers 😡

I agree and Dhruv would not have wanted his mamma also which is what the creatives forced on the viewers in the hope of creating an emotional cry for them to have a happy ever after 😡
