Leads are the characters created by cvs, once the characters are destroyed, the story cease to exist, which means time for audience (speaking for myself only) to exit with a bow too, Nothing to do with the actors, actors do what the characters required to do and that is decided by the storytellers and not anyone else, actors don't have a say in it.
I have not watched any episodes since last week anyway, but I am recording it, and shall do so till 19th Sept. I shall decide to watch or delete all recordings after coming to this thread on 19th Sept. I have been reading all teh write ups of the episodes diligently , hoping against hope Myrah will be shown as Paro. Though with a heavy heart , I shall continue to read the write ups.
I have decided in the future, if I find some drama interesting, I shall go and look up the background of the drama, such as PH, who are the cvs and if I find any of the names found in Rangrasiya appearing there , I shall save time and energy and not bother to watch the drama. Once bitten twice shy!
I knew much later that ST and GH were involved in the drama, Do dil ek jaan, another beautiful story which was nibbed in the bud and royally flushed down the toilet!
Hope four lions' new upcoming drama in Sony Tv does not include GH in their team, well that producers can be trusted not to disappoint the audience as they always seem to understand the pulse of the audience and deliver what they promise.
PS: Well still hoping for the end we all wish and deserve M=P, after reading RS's comments, I don't know, I feel if we read between the lines (now this is strictly my thoughts), RS definitely is not happy to show M=P BUT HOWEVER THEY HAVE WRITTEN AND SHOT EPISODES WHICH WILL INDEED SHOW M=P. RS saying about educated people asking for paro when she is clearly shown to be dead, IS REALLY HIS OWN OPINION, he seems annoyed that he have to write something which is not what he had not in mind but give in to or his arms are twisted to write an ending the audience demand. So I believe we will get what we wish for against what RS wished, so perhaps he is frustrated because of that, quite natural for storytellers to get annoyed when they are told change storyline when they have already decided how to tell the story. So when he comments that we have done the best we can, he has gone with the majority wish , opinion and decision, his own opinion is stated when he says I think it would be absurd to show Myrah as Paro...
So there you go, that is my take on RS's comments, if my reading between line is correct, I will be extremely happy but at the same time will feel apologetic towards RS for not allowing him to end the story the way he wanted. He is really a fantastic and talented writer, I shall look out for his name in new dramas and try to support him for in exchange for giving us the ending we wanted!
