Hey rithu glad u liked my post. Ure take is also bang on.Originally posted by: rithureuben
Lovely post, Praba. It was such an emotional episode, made me cry all over again. Its nice that they are showing that Rudra still misses his wife and his son yearns for him. Karo lives in their memories.
The breakfast scene was a cute start where both kids try to cheer up Rudra. He explains that he is not angry just misses Dhruv's mom. KCM questioning Koel and her brother standing up was a nice touch. His pose reminded me of Rudra, the way he stands when he is serious about something. Also why aren't the Ranavats eating breakfast together like they used to, and Maithili was buttering toast? Another RR2 quality I guess. The walk to school was nice, where both kids offer to go by themselves and let Rudra attend his call. Myrah should have bought the pagadi, it looked good on her. Dhruv got the shock of his life seeing her and she had no idea what was wrong. She was nice enough to look around for his mother, so she is not a brat. I wonder if Koel saw her too. He was so scared to talk about it to his father beacuse his feelings might get hurt. Too bad his father doesn't believe him. Were Rudra's dialogues directed at us asking us to hold on to Paro's memory but not expect her back. The hotel scene where Myrah talks to her parents bring out several things about her like she is street smart enough to be in a foreign country by herself, she is docile enough to humor an over protective uncle who has hired a bodyguard, she is more excited about Udaipur than her upcoming nupitals. She is wrong about Indian Suitable Time though, her guard follows time with military precision and is getting annoyed being kept waiting. I liked Rudra's restlessness and his ability to be firm and not be taken for granted. The best scene was what came next, when Myrah chases Rudra and crashes into his arms. His world turns upside down as he sees his wife all over again and remembers their jouney of love . He reaches out to touch her and is snapped out of it. He cannot believe it and wants to run away. Myrah has no clue why he is reacting so strangely and running away when she has apologised. How will she react when she gets to know Paro. Ashish was awesome in that scene.Maithili is the ever sweet Maasi who patiently explains to the troubled child about his encounter earlier. I liked how she sees Paro in Dhruv. The child actor is too good. The last scene where Rudra breaks down in the rain was brilliant as all his pain come crashing down and he pleads with God to spare his child the heartache. I want him to be spared too.Kudos to Ashish and Dhruv for their brilliant performance. And Sanaya is settling in quite nicely into the new charecter too. Happy weekend. Hope we get a promo.
