exactly... so it saves money and time and having a popular actor u hope to resurrect the show with a dramatic twist!!

It would have made more sense to use a better twist keeping the same actors than something that could cost existing viewership!

LOL you are correct, I too am aware that these two individuals are most definitely not the same person. As I said in another post, the writers are not that creative to come up with a plan to forge the death of the heroine by the first villain.

If I was the writer on the other hand, I would have written a plot wherein the original villain planned to fake the previous heroine's death and later take her with him to the us, where she is brainwashed into thinking that she is his daughter or something of this sort, and go from there, I can see the entire story in my head.

LOL, but yes I agree, that girl is not the original heroine. Sad but true.

Could the song Rudra sang to Paro so often 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' have been some sort of foreshadowing on the part of the writers, that the story would eventually go the KKHH way -- child plays matchmaker for widowed father? Or am I giving the writers too much credit for foresight -- as my husband says? He claims that all of us overanalyze and lots of plot ideas are just made up or plagiarised on the spot!
