I know opposites attract, but this jodi would just make a mockery of his love for Paro, the one whom he promised "main tu hamesha" and the one who couldn't possibly love anyone else. I'm not saying this because I want him to remain alone forever, but because he can't. Paro was his soulmate, his reason for breathing and existing. How can he even think of being with anyone else? If he falls for Myrah just based on her looking like Paro, then sorry ST, that's not real love. If I were Myrah and that happened, I'd be insulted and not want to be with someone who would only be with me because it reminds him of his dead wife.

I don't think the CVs are gonna establish any connection between Myrah and Paro. They are really pushing the Myrah crap. Look at how simply they killed Paro for Myrah. I realize they needed to move the story forward, but killing Paro mercilessly was haunting and calculated. You're right, Dhruv will be the driving force to make Myrah and Rudra endgame, which is ridiculous. I hate shows like this, especially where in this one this type of ploy doesn't fit into the entire narrative of Rangrasiya, which was Paro and Rudra.

@bold

WORD. Just based on similar looks u cant fall in fall in love again. That's absurd!

Dhruv is being played smart by the cvs. The entire fandom is reacting exactly the way they want them to...that is to get attached to him and sympathize with him so that when tomorrow he calls for the Rudra-Myrah shot...audience can accept it warmly.

Well honestly if ST is doing this only to get TRPs and save his show and let's say it works...he gets the audience he needed and yet still he doesnt make RR2 connect with RR1, then ...I'd rather not say it!!

We feel rudra falls in live again it will be beyrayal of paro no she eill be in his heary forever.n why dont we move too n paro wouldnt like her rudra do unhappy.

Firstly I am sorry if this made any hinderance to ur feelings regarding real life instances.

I am talking from the story POV here that was told to us...the theme of Rangrasiya as told by the makers that it was a soul mate story of eternal love of Rudra and Paro and that love evenutally overcomes all evil.

Here if they actually let Rudra-Myrah angle happen without any connection to Paro ...then it will mean that evil actually won and thus Rudra lost Paro forever.
Also, again from the story perspective and what has been told so far...the way Rudra's characterization has been and how he have come to love Paro is on its own a strong point esp if u hear his dialogues. The guy had repeated million times in umpteen ways...that his world his Paro...it starts from there and ends there. Even while getting away from her funeral pyre...he told her he will wait for her till eternity and wont let her go from himself. Such a guy cannot fathom to be with any other woman esp just coz she looks like her.

Had this story not been of soul mates...or had it been story of Rudra only...I would have accepted Myrah and his moving on.

i am just glad that there are at least a few of you who share these sentiments with me..

I guess we were the ones most attached to our Paro and what her bond with Rudra and Bolenath meant..

You know if Rudra goes for some1 else its like he has a new partner every 8 yrs time :(( Paro would mean NOTHING then 😭

pls dont remind me of aath saal har raat...that was another nightmare of its own though today i appreciate Laila more than ever.

If you keep thinking it will happen... very true.
Iam looking at these episodes without connecting to them, feeling sad and missing paro in every scene... putting myself thru this only bcz I am somewhere desperately hoping that Myra will be paro.
CRINGEWORTHY is the right word to describe Rudra - Myra relationship.
Even in Sbs... no chemistry. It just fell flat. PARUD had chemistry even off screen.

Myra and Rudra seem forced...

Yeah I didn't see any excitement, desire or passion from either actor/character like the way they did as Parud. It looked stale and repetitive, like you see in all shows. Even my mom asked why they look so awkward, and she isn't a RR or Parud fan. Paro and Rudra had a deep love and connection with each other, which is why Ashish and Sanaya were able to burn our screens. They believed, along with lived and breathed life into Rudra and Paro. Rudra and Myrah just look fumbling and odd.

No, because it means that Rudra has learned to move on from mistakes he makes in his life. His past is no longer something that haunts him like it used to, and that would be the reason he can be a security officer... of all the professions out there. (I was expecting a loss of confidence in his actions but looks like the child compensates.) The issue we have here is the missing link between the older narrative and the new post leap content. We never got a few episode of what those 7 years should have felt like, probably for good reason. Soulmates, evil winning time and time again, being a protector, etc. and these are all grand faults of the creative team who are purposefully shunting this section of the story under the rug. The connection or even links... will never be made, based on how I see it.
