This irks me as well...and have tweeted the same to channel...

But then thought about why...could be that the child artiste is still not chosen and they want the boy to be part of the promo...secondly the new character will have a completely new look, which might not have been finalized and stylist not ready yet...also SI hasn't been keeping well, hay fever is something that needs to be slept out staying indoors, too much happening at the same time...with Eid celebs etc etc..

Hence just a scroll promo for now...we need to be a little more patient here...

So it might be that her entry will happen by the end of this week or only next week and they will release the promo just in time...

Who knows we might get ours tonight or tomorrow!

They have offically lost it , they don't have to intro the new version of the characters but they can give a gist or show something like a leap is gonna happen , its not that difficult for them to figure that out .
