- Having said that, I do understand where your feelings come from. We had a similar time in the voldermort show didn't we, where our hero took one long break and put us through a looong hero-less track and once the conshumashun was done he was gayab again for no reason, and we had to endure 2 shitty tracks till he completely went gayab and the show was pulled off air. i am sure many here went through the same heartbreak. So when we find one more promising show and invest our feelings and time into it, it also starts showing the same signs, no one can blame you for panicking...

- But just as I do not blame you-know-who for doing what he did, I do not blame Ashish for the bleakness in RR now. Because let's admit it, the story is BULL****, that is why it's ratings are abysmal, and even though we get 20 min of Parud each day with this, we are NOT getting the ratings we need. We have tasted awesomeness in the voldemort show for, say 1 full year, and then it went down the drain -- WHY? Because the story became utter crap. We got only 3 months of awesomeness from RR, and since then it is going the same way.

- I do not believe Ashish was forced to take up JDJ. He could have very well said no like Sanaya if he ever was. And it would have been a better bargain for ST to persuade Sanaya to participate then, coz she is more popular. Ashish is an adult who chooses what is best for him. And there is no denying the fact that JDJ is giving Ashish the much needed recognition. And he does deserve it, i agree.

- And I don't believe that JDJ will help RR. Last year DD too was in the same position, she won, it gave her immense popularity, her worldwide fan base grew, she got movie offers, but now look at Madhubala, it is about to go off air - and she is NOT to be blameed, because from what little i have gathered, it is the unsuccessful story and internal politics that killed that show - ST has first hand experience of this scenario already, so why would he think RR will not have the same fate?

- And i was under the impression that RR shooting is at least 3-4 days ahead of the actual airing? I guessed so by the off screen videos we get. So i dont really think Ashish being sick today will make him not being in the tomorrow or the day after tomorrow episode. I think the script is written that way, giving more time for ashish to practice for JDJ. Coincidentally Ashish fell sick the same week he was supposed to be seen less in the show.

- So finally, me too want RR to be successful, that we get more PaRud scenes, we get the romance, intensity, the conshumashun etc etc.. But none of them will help RR in the long run, because the main problem is in the story. In the end, I am just sad that one more show with so much potential is being ruined, that Sanaya is not getting the success she so rightly deserves, that one more show i thought would fill that gaping hole voldermort show left, not only fails to do so, but is leaving it more widened. Unless the makers pull their socks up and act soon, we'll be left with another heartbreak and all that bitterness that follows an axing. But ME? I am NOT going to go through that again, thank you very much. If the show gets back to what it was in the initial days, so they will retain one more ardent fan. If not, I will wean off this before that happens. Till then, keep calm and enjoy what us left is what I think is the best option.

I did not mean to offend Ashish fans here. I only said what i think of the goings on.

I know this is addressed to a fellow member, but in the end you are supporting Ashish ji and justifying his decisions, which we are trying to constructively criticize, having it is affecting the PaRud scenes, their track as in your words,

And we have the been the most appreciative of Ashish ji and love him as equally as Sanaya. In short, we love SaNish, as in the package.

Yar i would hav supported Sanaya too if she was in JDJ,, infact i was rooting for her to host the show this year
i dont know which member u r talking abt, since i havent read all the comments , they are numerous , just few here n there,,
and i nowhere think that Ashish 's participation is affecting JDJ,, NO.. its the story and execution which sucks,,
i know i cant bring in another shows,, but still would like to give few examples..
Karan Mehra, the lead actor of YRKKH took several days off as leave for his marriage,, but the makers didn let the show go downhill due to his absence,, they managed with diff equally plausible tracks and they worked,,, and mind u Naitik SInghania is a pivotal character of the show.
Even Drashti Dhami took part last year,, she also worked for freaking 15 - 20 hrs daily, i used to follow that show but never felt that something is missing,, yes there were BDs ,, but the story never lost the track,,,

So if the makers are showing stupid tracks, then more than Ashish, they are to blamed for that,,
if they are this much incompetent, then they wouldnt hav allowed Ashish to accept the offer in the first place..,,

I havd seen a lot of patience and encouragement for ashish by sanaya fans ...JDJ has been on for more than a month and it is now that ppl are truely getting frustrated with the storyline , lack of ML in the episodes etc.

Forget sanaya fans ...if I am purely a fan of the show and not the actors ...I will be furious with the ML being absent from the episodes for such long durations ...this is not what I signed up for ...

If you ask my opinion personally ...I am ok with not seeing ashish for 2 episodes in a week as long as the story is well conceived and well shown ...but thats just me .

I would also like sanaya to take a break for a week and go for a vacation ...she deserves it ...I would like a week of episodes with no paro , maybe her BD and just family politics and rudra in its midst ...

Its very frustrating that she makes her show her 100% priority and gets male costars who don't !
