'm thinking Rudra is used to the girl making the first move - certainly Laila (although it pains me to think of her) couldn't have been the passive wallflower in that deptt. And once the initial shock wears off, I'm sure Rudra will give as good as he gets, much better I hope! 😆

@ Major Saab gets turned on by dirt: I have to admit I hadn't quite considered it in that light. But now that you point it out, the argument has possibilities. I'd taken dirty talk for granted, although he seems more like a man turned on by action and not words. But what's to say the words don't spur him to actions.

Ok, ok, moving on to physical dirt - thought Laila visited him in his quarters mostly, which were fairly clean maintained as they are by the jawans. But if variety is the spice of life then who knows and why not I suppose!! A little bit of dirt never did nobody harm. Although, may just have been the maid's day off! You know Sod's Law: just when you have guests.

@ The Maasa word: Spot on!! That you see is what drove Paro to get Rudra to lay that ghost to rest. She knows the potential of that word to create havoc in their love life. In that case, much applause to Paro for her quick thinking in covering his mouth when she kissed him. Anything to prevent that word being blurted out of context (shudders).

She wonders if the message has reached his brain, crossing the hurdles of his thick hair and his thicker skull. Just to make sure, she shines the green light right into his eyes by giving him a loud smack on his cheek.
