Rudra will retaliate at some point.
He will not be doing it intentionally though. The lurking doubt and jealousy will be there. The former because Paro first left Rudra for Thakur. Now for God's vow. And the latter because Paro got the love which was Rudra's to start with.
What will trigger is the bond between Mala and Paro in the future. Probably Dilsher also will join this gang. And then Rudra will retaliate.
Please note he will not use Laila to spite Paro. Never - in my opinion.
I don't see Rudra using Laila to spite Paro at this point either. That's not the guy they hv shown Rudra to be so far. Later...well that's hard to predict at this point.
I do agree that he will hold a grudge against her. Just like he reminds her how she trusted the Thakur over him, this will always be at the back of his mind. And it could be one of the triggers that they can use at some point later in the story...if they decide to explore that angle. Like you pointed out, he has her cornered now...what happens if she ever goes against it??😃
Right now as I see it, two things will play out apart from the obvious. He will be jealous of the bond that Mala and Paro share and secondly Paro will be caught between the mother and son. I do hope they make Paro more sensitive towards Rudra, it will be tough on her, given its Mala...but we can always hope😆 I can already see angry posts blasting Paro the day she supports Mala over Rudra😆
I wrote about Laila too but decided its best to scrap that. The only thing I'm going to say about her is that, she being part of this sequence takes away from the beauty of this highly anticipated sequence in this story. Rudra-Paro-Mala angle offers them plenty of scope if done right, Laila is not required in this at all.
