an informer telling that her life is in danger is a serious thing , rejected it based on a personal front is not fair
may be takur just found her, what she told was a lie , but still i thought that was bit of an over shoot

PS i have an army background so i am a little more sensitive to how army is portrayed on screen

I'm from an Army background too and if I really start counting the LAUGHABLE way in which they show the armed forces in this show, there would be nothing left to watch...the BSD is a joke in general.

Rudra did give Laila benefit of doubt when she first came to the haveli, had her claims properly investigated...in all this to expect him not to judge her even a LITTLE bit based on how much he's seen of her nature is strange in my opinion...He's reacting based on the info and evidence being presented to him, the way he last saw Laila behave before she left the haveli...he's not even allowed that much judgement based on how long he's known Laila? Ok then.

@bold true that , and still went against what he found
judging is perfectly fine , deciding to not go after her is not
check if she is safe or whether his judgement is right

not like she is at his home , irrespective of what laila did i think her safety is BSD's concern and not something to be overlooked because of her antics
that is in a real sense, i have bigger issues with the show's portrayal of army ,so this one is not that significant

AY, nice post..
Lemme first talk about the good things..

Dilsher and Mohini's characters: I feel they are again starting to focus on adding a lil depth to their characters, what with Thakur, mala all coming back👍🏼
cuz honestly after shivratri mela climax, mohini and dilsher were pretty much lame...
I liked or rather loved both their scenes.
Mohini wants to wield power over her sons, cuz she in a weird way has fear of abandonment..lol.. she doesn't want that her sons uske haath se phisal jaaye.. interesting..her character is also being unravelled.. hope they explore her more when Mala would return.. I like a grey mohini...

Dilsher- the man at this stage wants a warm cocooned family around him. I liked the progression this man has shown.. Again with Mala's comeback, scope for exploration..

Ofcourse the Raja Thakur is back and lol laila had definitely hit jackpot.. Here everyone is convinced that laila spun a tale about thakur but the irony the woman is kidnapped by thakur.. I am liking it.. Laila-thakur joining hands...

I don't want Mohini and Dilsher painted black in the Mala drama.. They were grey.let them remain grey... yes, i am intentionally ignoring the laddoo track

Inshort I can see loads of drama happening with Thakur, Mala, Mohini, Dilsher, Rudra, Paro and I am quite looking forward..Lets see how the take it forward..

yes, coming to RP: Don't kill me peeps.. This is solely my opinion..
but I am pretty much lost on their relationship curve.. 5 months when I look back.. The way I viewed the drama, i see that progression/ slight changes in their relationship has been random and haphazard that I am unable to view the scenes in the context of their relationship curve.. so yes, scenes are nice but they don't strike a chord with me.. I really don't know how to verbalize my issue.. but all i know is that i have this unsatisfied feeling about them.. Its not about passion, cuteness , romance, etc,etc but the overall storytelling wrt to RP relationship.

Thanks, Zoya.

Mohini is a GREY character? Since when?😆...She's full on black...yes she has her insecurities driving her but there isn't a single redeeming characteristic in her to put her in the grey zone...Dilsher is grey in a sense, Rudra is grey in a sense...even Laila to some extent can be called grey...but Mohini? No ways.

Tejawat and Laila have both been disappointed by an alliance with Mohini so I guess they are hoping for more success with each other now.

Re: RP...yes the relationship graph is a little haywire...it is Rudra that keeps me watching in general.

Re. Mohini grey😆: ok see she has her own reasons, insecurity, her being deprived of appreciation and Mala always being the favorite child, the independent woman wanting haq on the haveli for having run the business,etc.. Even her bartering Rudra for Paro with the Thakur was pretty fine by me.. She was negative/antagonistic to Rudra/Dilsher but not really black as a character IMO.. Just my perception of grey, I guess then.

I think it is only the laddoo track and the aftermath she was painted black..

I'd call today's epi a set-up episode in some ways and a loop-closing epi in other surprising ways...in all this there were some random things I liked:

1) The gola scene turned out better than I'd thought...I was expecting trite forced cutesiness but it wasn't all that...Paro's argument with the vegetable seller amused me and I loved Rudra's expressions through this😆...Paro ki bargaining skills toh masha allah...lol...she knew the local rates but still created such a rucous over his quoted rates...and then ended up giving Rs.5 extra cuz she saw that guy's daughter's pic there? lol...I liked RP ki convos in this scene and even later in the gola scene...Paro being unable to decide what color/flavor she wants and ending up having ALL the colors mixed in...more SYMBOLISM😆...and then choosing kaala-khatta for Rudra of her own accord...must have been the right flavor cuz Rudra didn't protest😆...

I also LOL'd in the bit where Paro was chiding Rudra for eating like a kid and getting stains all around his mouth and Rudra goes, "pehle apni shakal dekh"🤣...

As an aside, Major Saab looked really good in this scene in that black and white combo😆

2) Plenty of footage to Mohini and her insecurities today...what I did like though was the character evolution for Dilsher...the way he was for once genuinely trying to be the wise elder of the household and trying to get through to Mohini and broker some peace...along with Rudra, there has been evolution in Dilsher as well since he's come back to the haveli...I felt bad for him in the bit where Mohini directed her usual barbs about Mala and Rudra at him and for once Dilsher didn't retort in anger...he seemed more regretful about the poisonous atmosphere in the house and sad that he was unable to fix it despite trying sincerely.

Sadly Mohini is not one to want to listen to reason...isko toh Laila hi seedha karegi😆...Maithili got to shed her usual Bambi tears and everyone else just looked on...all in a day's work at the Ranawat haveli.

3) The scene in the BSD office where Aman informs Rudra that Laila's escaped...lol when Paro first started talking about how sad she feels that Rudra doesn't trust anyone, I was like here we go again *headdesk*😆😆...I mean seriously it's amazing how this girl doesn't remember ANYTHING from the Tejawat days where again she had BLIND trust on someone and kept accusing Rudra of being incapable of trust and actually PITYING him over that😆...and boy was she filled with regret on that later...and today she was still repeating the same mistakes😆

Good though that for once they opened her eyes a bit...glad that Rudra gave her an upfront dose on TRUST😆...and the truth about Laila...all of a sudden Paro is WIDE AWAKE and seeing Laila's nautankis for what they really were...Hallelujah!😆...and what does she do the moment she realizes the truth? Disappears on Rudra as usual😆

4) The last scene with Tejawat's return...what a re-entry! lol good to see Tarun Khanna back in this role and I'm expecting a good face off b/w him and Laila tomorrow.

5) And finally the precap...Paro's REGRETS🥳😆...I feel really satisfied watching this...lol...and aww@ the hug and Rudra consoling her that he'll never let Laila seperate them...

First, a thank you for the instant reply to the late post on DR's thread...it made me sooo happy😆🤗

Let me also make a list of my likes today:

1) The SURPRISE: that was indeed the best part of the day! Thanks to the team for keeping Thakursa's comeback ... infact, keeping Tarun in the show, safe from the spoilers👏

2) The fact that the market scene and gola scene were not boring at all...

3) The showdown between Dilsher and Mohini was another highlight of the day, which i think i was overlooked by most forumwasis in the mush of the gola and return of thakursa. Not only did it open up loops for later tracks, there were two excellent actors facing off in one of the limited opportunities where they get a chance these days!

Though i am thankful that Paro has come to her senses about Laila she didnt have to do the runaway act from the BSD office.😕 Her concern for Rudra's lack of trust was indeed touching, but like u said, he does have genuine reasons for what he does. But in her global trust village, Rudra seems to be the only person who doesnt get the benefit of doubt. It is always anybody's word against his...that has to be shown changing now, since she has made the move forward in the precap. Again, when it is known that Tejawat's men were invloved in Laila's kidnapping, i want her to give him a chance to investigate/explain.

Then about the hug, i am not keeping my hopes high😉. For one, with her cry baby attitude, it is just going to be a consoling session, with her feeling a little awkward with the proxitmity when it is over. The man-woman hug can happen only after Major's hand becomes ok. No half-baked hugs for Rudra banna, when it comes, he is going to be intense, carrying her off in the passion! She wouldnt know what hit her!😆😆

P.S. I like most of the scenes in that BSD Office. Rudra looks magnificent there, like a lion in its den...

LOL the laddoo track and it's aftermath isn't some TINY thing that you can write off in this, Zoya to make her fit your definition of grey...she's tried to KILL people on multiple occasions simply cuz of her JEALOUSY and INSECURITY...her treatment of Maithili alone is enough to throw her out of the grey zone no matter what her childhood issues were with her sister...

She's a black character...only that her motivations are SOLID...she wants CONTROL...over the haveli, over her children, over everything around her...but those motivations don't make her GREY.

1) The SURPRISE: that was indeed the best part of the day! Thanks to the team for keeping Thakursa's comeback ... infact, keeping Tarun in the show, safe from the spoilers👏 I never really believed Tarun had left anyways...but I guess any publicity is good publicity for the show considering the panicked reactions to his possibly quitting the show😆

2) The fact that the market scene and gola scene were not boring at all... This was the bigger surprise to me...lol...I had absolutely no hope from these scenes and they turned out surprisingly nice.

Very true...that was a very significant scene b/w D and M after many days...and put in for a very deliberate reason to bring the threads of these relationships together again in time for Mala's return...always lovely to see amazing actors facing off as you said...Ananya got plenty of material today as Mohini after a long time rather than acting as Laila's sidekick and she took the reigns back in her hand...I loved the new shades to Dilsher too with him trying to earnestly make an effort to improve the situation.

Though i am thankful that Paro has come to her senses about Laila she didnt have to do the runaway act from the BSD office.😕 Her concern for Rudra's lack of trust was indeed touching, but like u said, he does have genuine reasons for what he does. Again, when it is known that Tejawat's men were invloved in Laila's kidnapping, i want her to give him a chance to investigate/explain. LOVE how you put that...especially global trust village...LMAO too good🤣...SO true...it's always everyone else's word against Rudra's for her and yes in the precap she seems to be showing remorse for now but I have a feeling Laila returning from Tejawat's den will again put Paro in camp Laila😆

Then about the hug, i am not keeping my hopes high😉. For one, with her cry baby attitude, it is just going to be a consoling session, with her feeling a little awkward with the proxitmity when it is over. She wouldnt know what hit her!😆😆 LOL I don't have high hopes overall either...I'm just happy seeing Paro showing some REMORSE and ADMITTING that she was WRONG to not trust Rudra😆...and I always find Rudra's protective mode endearing...otherwise yeah no proper romance will happen till THE HAND is back😆...you have no idea how badly I'm waiting for it to be back...all hopes on the mahasangam epi now...time for another Bholenaath miracle😆

P.S. I like most of the scenes in that BSD Office. Rudra looks magnificent there, like a lion in its den... WORDD! Magnificent is SO the word...I loved all his scenes in the BSD office too...he makes for riveting viewing.

Anu, i am just all dancing right now, that Paro feels sorry for mistrusting him.. after so much of defense against her mistrusting him, that she is not mistrusting and blah and blah, its all transparent now. Good that she regrets..
and Anu didnt i ask you that how Rudra will react if paro hugs him, and i did not believe that it would be this fast. But i liked it how Rudra himself was shocked that paro was feeling immensely guilty.

coming back to tonight's episode, it was good, i liked how the story progressed. and yes i liked it how mohini opened dilsher's eyes more, he is realizing it more and more and feeling more and more guilty, the build up of maala's entry.

I liked how Rudra was so firm in his instinct that Laila was faking everything, and she is capable of running away and the tejawat story was also a fake one which definitely was , its laila's fortune that her story coincided with tejawat's return..

LOL yeah Megha, your wish came true...just yesterday you were wanting to know Rudra's reaction to her hugging him😆

Although in this case, I would say his reaction is more of a protective one...it's funny cuz in general he's so FRUSTRATED with her REFUSAL to listen to him...but when she actually starts feeling that guilty and crying, he rushes to console her...

I think the most significant was the bit where he reassures her that he'd never let Laila come in b/w them...instead of pestering Rudra about why he took a day off, Paro should ask him what THAT means😆...when he's openly telling her he'd never let a third person come b/w them.

Yeah Laila's caught another lucky break with Tejawat's return otherwise Rudra is right on his instinct about her and now he looks more pissed off than ever as her deceit is showing more clearly...loved that last bit where he said, "Laila, mere saamne mat aana nahin toh pachhtaayegi"😆

I guess RP will leave for Mumbai soon and Laila might return to the haveli in their absence.
