Random things I liked today

I'd call today's epi a set-up episode in some ways and a loop-closing epi in other surprising ways...in all this there were some random things I liked:

1) The gola scene turned out better than I'd thought...I was expecting trite forced cutesiness but it wasn't all that...Paro's argument with the vegetable seller amused me and I loved Rudra's expressions through this😆...Paro ki bargaining skills toh masha allah...lol...she knew the local rates but still created such a rucous over his quoted rates...and then ended up giving Rs.5 extra cuz she saw that guy's daughter's pic there? lol...I liked RP ki convos in this scene and even later in the gola scene...Paro being unable to decide what color/flavor she wants and ending up having ALL the colors mixed in...more SYMBOLISM😆...and then choosing kaala-khatta for Rudra of her own accord...must have been the right flavor cuz Rudra didn't protest😆...

I also LOL'd in the bit where Paro was chiding Rudra for eating like a kid and getting stains all around his mouth and Rudra goes, "pehle apni shakal dekh"🤣...

As an aside, Major Saab looked really good in this scene in that black and white combo😆


2) Plenty of footage to Mohini and her insecurities today...what I did like though was the character evolution for Dilsher...the way he was for once genuinely trying to be the wise elder of the household and trying to get through to Mohini and broker some peace...along with Rudra, there has been evolution in Dilsher as well since he's come back to the haveli...I felt bad for him in the bit where Mohini directed her usual barbs about Mala and Rudra at him and for once Dilsher didn't retort in anger...he seemed more regretful about the poisonous atmosphere in the house and sad that he was unable to fix it despite trying sincerely.

Sadly Mohini is not one to want to listen to reason...isko toh Laila hi seedha karegi😆...Maithili got to shed her usual Bambi tears and everyone else just looked on...all in a day's work at the Ranawat haveli.


3) The scene in the BSD office where Aman informs Rudra that Laila's escaped...lol when Paro first started talking about how sad she feels that Rudra doesn't trust anyone, I was like here we go again *headdesk*😆😆...I mean seriously it's amazing how this girl doesn't remember ANYTHING from the Tejawat days where again she had BLIND trust on someone and kept accusing Rudra of being incapable of trust and actually PITYING him over that😆...and boy was she filled with regret on that later...and today she was still repeating the same mistakes😆

Good though that for once they opened her eyes a bit...glad that Rudra gave her an upfront dose on TRUST😆...and the truth about Laila...all of a sudden Paro is WIDE AWAKE and seeing Laila's nautankis for what they really were...Hallelujah!😆...and what does she do the moment she realizes the truth? Disappears on Rudra as usual😆


4) The last scene with Tejawat's return...what a re-entry! lol good to see Tarun Khanna back in this role and I'm expecting a good face off b/w him and Laila tomorrow.


5) And finally the precap...Paro's REGRETS🥳😆...I feel really satisfied watching this...lol...and aww@ the hug and Rudra consoling her that he'll never let Laila seperate them...

I liked that today's epi had a mix of everybody !

By da way I don't think there will be a rain scene , I tink paro washing rudra was the rain scene and the journalist got it wrong 😆

Aww really? 😆😆 And here I was getting all excited...damn!😆...What will they show the rest of the week then? More gola dates and chai, chooha scenes?😆

Yes, today's epi had a surprisingly good distribution of scenes b/w most of the characters.

basically! More screen time to teju ! Which I don't mind seeing lol! By the way what your take on rudra and paro, I know rudra really cares for her, and whenever he realises his giving more attention ten required he backs off. What's going on in his head lol

Well ofcourse Mohini will have a big role to play once Mala returns too...she's got a bone to pick with her lost sister and will definitely try to further ruin her relationship with her son and first husband.

Mala's return has a lot of potential for every character in the story right now...if handled well, the writers can get a lot out of this track.

Oh then I don't mind either...Tejawat is a good villain😆...let's see what plan he sets up with Laila.

Re: Rudra...I'd say right now he's falling more and more for Paro each day and he's not trying as hard to hide his obvious care for her...in his own way he's trying to make this relationship work without directly admitting it to Paro...but that is how Rudra always has been.

Paro continues to ask innocent obvious questions like today also she was pestering him about why he took a day off from work😆...and I guess they will continue to draw closer to each other subconsciously in a sense...like the precap...Paro has naturally initiated the hug in her remorse and Rudra has responded as he instinctually always does to protect her...so it's a protective/consoling hug.

I liked the epi today too. And surprise surprise..the gola date and buying vegetables part turned out better than what I had dreaded. So happy about that. Paro's argument with the vegetable wala and Rudra's expressions there were too funny. And Paro's indecisiveness on what color gola to select 😆 Rudra is all amused with Paro right now.

LOL seriously? There was so much irony in that line and lack of understanding from Paro...she's on her own trip as always...

Yes on another level, Rudra's lack of trust on anyone will be the cause of his undoing sooner or later...but at this point, PARO of all people saying this when she is repeating the same mistake of blindly trusting the very ppl Rudra tells her NOT to trust is just funny.

From the storyline POV, it was foreshadowing...a time will come when Rudra's trust in Paro will be shattered/tested thanks to her leaving him for whatever reason and ofcourse it will be scary...scarier than Paro is imagining right now😆
