Feelings are at their best when they are vulnerable.

I don't know how you saw it, but i think today's episode was absolute emotional beauty and absolute emotional horror.

It was beautiful because throughout the episode Rudra and Paro were guided by their feelings for each-other. Rudra had forgotten that he has 'no feelings' for Paro. Paro had forgotten in a rather compartmentalized manner that she is going to leave Rudra. Every gesture , every word of Rudra from the wrist watch to the file to the medicine to the puppet show to Paro's questionnaire were emotions that had a mind of their own- and were not intimidated by his menacing and harsh persona. Rudra's eyes were on Paro throughout and they were intense emotions trying to do a ramp show in Valentino even though they preferred a Versace.

Paro, meanwhile, may have surrendered to the thought that Rudra does not love her but this surrender and inverted complacence takes a backseat everytime she sees Rudra and he says something/ does something that makes her feel like singing. You and I can write posts and posts trying to comprehend Paro's behaviour or what she is thinking but when you look at that face of hers that waits a confession and embrace of love from Rudra , you just shake your head and hope that she gets what she is dreaming about.

Its not like i can really pinpoint what i liked about today's episode. Maybe its the vulnerability and classic hesitance and reluctance of Rudra and Paro that made me find them endearing. The boy is stretching limits for Paro and Paro is weaving something that is a beautiful piece of embroidery - the embroidery of a fairytale that is full of demons and witches but still holds the promise of a warrior and his lady's union.

I found the dance of Rudra and Paro beautiful and symbolic, but the moment of the 22 minutes of airtime was when Rudra stopped the whole puppet show only because he felt it had made his precious Paro cry.

As for the emotional horror, much has been said about it on the forum , so i wouldn't delve into that.

P.S- Kya kehte ho? Banaa diyaa jaaye Laila ko Sumer ki Beendhni aur Mohini ki Bahurani. 😆

Loved today's episode ..
Rudra's caring sweet gestures to make his Paro smile was endearing ..
And Paro is so hurt , insecure and a little bit jealous though her dignity won't allow her to admit her insecurity and jealousy ..
She needs undivided attention and love from Rudra to process all the confusions in her life ...
She is mourning in her self pity and suffering from inferiority complex that she is unwanted and not good enough for Rudra ..

I am sure Rudra will help her overcome this lovingly and tenderly :)

Vicky Baisa jai ho...
I found the story very abrupt... Suddenly puppet show.. they should have stopped the episode when rudra stays stop..
RR goes very fast.. It doesn't let us stay with the feeling... Whole conversation between parud had to happen publicly... Why...

Thank you.😃...Rudra is being vulnerable because Paro is putting up walls. He cannot take hre sadness and that has been so from Day 1. Paro is insecure because she doesn't know if Rudra loves her enough to say it. Insecurity from Laila is secondary as of now.

---- UnReserved

It was an emotional and beautiful episode indeed.

Rudra had forgotten that he has 'no feelings' for Paro. Paro had forgotten in a rather compartmentalized manner that she is going to leave Rudra.

Very nicely said, Vicky Sa. They both forgot everything else. Only thing Rudra wants is to make her happy and all she wants is for him to ensure her that she is important to him.

Perfectly said. Poor Paro might have come to terms with him not loving her but when he makes sweet gestures for her, all her logic goes down the drain and she can see and think only him. At that point she just wants him to be hers and for him to do/say something to confirm it to her that he is indeed only hers. She is totally vulnerable and her reaction to the play clearly shows it.

Even I loved the scene where Rudra immediately stops the show when he sees Paro in pain. It was beautiful. Everything he did today was only and only for Paro.
Between, I liked Ridra's reaction to Sunehri's hug. The way he awkwardly placed his hand on her head was sweet.

No... Please NO. No SuLa Mahal. Please. I want Laila out of the haveli and PaRud life. Bas.

Thank you. 😃... The puppet show is not a part of the story- its an element to highlight Rudra's softening and Paro's mental state. And one episode is enough to build up an element as it gets solved there and then. As for the public convo of Rudra and Paro, i agree that it should have happened inside and in solitude unless it serves a larger purpose to the story. 😆

Vicky...nice post😳..
Bear with me..I have only more questions...what would convince Paro and make her believe Rudra cares for her as his wife...a declaration of love?? Don't his actions convey that he cares so much?

For a man who is supposedly damaged and dark he is so pained at her pain and is doing everything to ease it...! Doesn't that matter?

He told her that he arranged for the show as he wanted her to smile..his looks at her desperate for some reaction...open display of vulnerability...I am not sure that these are not signs of love!

He was ready to throw Laila out for the second time...he told Paro about his past...doesn't that mean that Laila did not man anything to him...why is Laila the pari holding Rudra's heart in Paros dream??
If she believes Laila was his past why is she imagining her all the time coming between the two of them? If all that matters is that Rudra acknowledge her as his wife why not take cognisance of the actions of the man? What would convince her basically? Is her trust in him and the fact that they are meant to be even there anymore?

Sorry for so many questions...it's just my response in question form😆

By the time my day starts and I come back here - you are gone. And you do not reply to my post. So today kuch bhi ho jaye I am writing right away 😃😃😃 Think of Laila kind of smile...

Well the episode for me was too fast. Paro is completely messed up in my view - after the revelation. And rightly so from her POV. And poor Rudra is going to be sucked into this whirlwind of confusion and he has to shout or scream or throw things around - whatever it takes - to make Paro believe that she matters and she has all the rights.

Why ? Why ? Why ? Should this dialogue take place in front of the whole family and that Laila. Why ? Exasperated...

Don't know why I felt like crying for these two when Rudra was telling that king should and can sever all ties with the evil fairy coz he wants only the queen and Paro all teary eyed was feeling herself unwanted in Rudra's life ...
An emotional episode I would say and brilliant acting , beautiful sets add to it's superlative quality ..
