The reply is rather open-ended.

That said, a lack on interest shows up in the performance. If he is no longer interested, it would be best to quit.

I agree that he was an excellent actor and perfectly played Tejwat. He has a role on Adalat for now and hopefully he will be back soon...

The show needs that tension beyond the romance fo Paro and Rudra and now Laila as an interference. His role gave the show depth as well as Rani sahib.

Traun quitting RR is entirely the shows loss he was a great villian and that track would have been very intresting he is definitely a beyyer actor than ankita

may be they are not giving him screen space which he wants...basic reason every actor gives

Wish he doen't leave the show. In the original story of RR, he has important character. Love track cannot be essayed everytime. Makers should understand that they started the show with a diffrent theme and that kept viewers attached to the show. I want to see many tracks involving Tejawat and BSD mission. Love story cannot do it all !!!

This is really sad. I'd rather see him as the villain than see laila or kcm!

I really think the makers changed the story line due to trps, as Thakur's character initially seemed like he was in for the long run, but they cut his character short. They can still run the love story parallel with his character.

Whenever I think of the initial promos of RR, it promised something out of the box, but after Thakur left, the story is like any other show!

Still love the show though, but just hope they had stuck to what was initially planned (if at all they had one in mind of course).

This is probably gonna be an unpopular post, but I think Tarun quitting is his loss too. Tejawat is a supremely interesting character, whose story hasn't ended, so why quit? While it's clear the PH is trying to get the ratings, which is why Tejawat-Mala has been put on the back burner, they clearly haven't forgotten about him. He is mentioned quite a bit on the show.

I honestly don't and can't blame the PH because there is immense pressure on them to get the ratings and I sympathize with them. They haven't been able to tell the story they originally intended to because of these blasted TRPs. Even when Tarun/Tejawat was in the story, TRPs weren't moving, so they're forced to deviate on different avenues. There is obviously so much scope for Tarun's acting as Tejawat that I hope when the PH is ready to begin his track, he'll be willing to come back. It's a shame for the PH and him if he doesn't come back.

If he doesn't though, it's no loss for me because as much as I love Tarun as Tejawat, I'm more invested in the character than the actor. The PH has been stellar in their casting choices, so if they choose a replacement, I'm sure they'll find a good one.

Well said and I agree with you 100% . The PH has far bigger issues in hand right now to sort out , I too love tejawat ie tarun a lot but as long as the character continues , when the story demands and an able actor does the role, I am satisfied.
