Morning Glory...
Paro was sitting in a rose garden, she was eating her favorite "Imlee" (Tamarind) and humming a song, suddenly she saw Rukmini flying in front of her, Paro was happy to see her and she raised her right hand for Rukmini, rukminy sat in her hand and Paro felt like Rukmini kissed her hand, "rukmini mujhe gudgudi ho rahi hai.." and then it started flying away, Paro asked her to stop but she did not listen and Paro was chasing her, suddenly she smacked right into a hard male chest, she looked up, and she saw Rudra!!! She called out "rudra..." and listened "Hmmm" ... Again she called him out, but listened nothing this time, but felt hot breath beside her neck. she was dreaming, the first rays of morning light were creeping through the window, and she opened her eyes, but what she saw was something her eyes could not believe, She is sleeping in Rudra's arms, his head was rest in her pillow, his face was right above her ear, his hands tightly gripped her waist, and his hard body pressed against her back, they were spooning!!! Paro was puzzled, she is sharing this bed with him since fifteen days, but he never did this, she found his hand near her pillow every morning but he never came so close to her. She did not know she should be happy or not, but certainly she was anxious and fearful too, maybe he will be angry when he will wake up. Paro thought before he wake up she should release herself from his embrace. In the deep down her heart, she knew how much she wanted him hugging her in her sleeps, she was naive, but she unknowingly desired the closeness as she love him so much. When she slept in their marriage bed, every night she secretly looked at him with deep love, and felt proud to herself that how lucky she was to married with such a dashing handsome man, his manly features makes her toe curled and she keep sighing that, when her prayers will be answered and she will be his wife in true sense. She did not feel like breaking his embrace, but before he get angry with her she must do it, but he was holding her so tightly that she could barely move. This was nothing like she had experienced before, she tried to inch out of his grip as gently as possibly without disturbing him, but she was unable to free herself, as if no matter how much she tried it was in vein!!! She thought of freeing her hands first, and then she found her hands were very heavy, but then she remembered she removed all her jewelries before sleep, she tried hard to move her hand and suddenly he loosened his grip and finally she freed her both hands which were full with blue colored bangles just like the color of Rukmini!!! Her mouth opened and eyes widened, she could not believe her eyes, she clearly remembered that she never had such bangles in her collection, then how come she was wearing those bangles??? Then she remembered her dream in this morning, the kiss of rukmini...Paro was feeling puzzled, if she was still dreaming or not, did rukmini's kiss transform into blue bangles???!!!!! She was now sure she was definitely dreaming, or else why rudra would snuggle her!!! she was talking to herself, "Rukmini samne aao...mujhe pata hai ki ye tumhari shararat hai..." rudra still holding her waist and his moustache was on her neck, she felt tickly, and thought it must be rukmini, she for a moment forgot everything about rudra's anger, she suddenly turned around with jerking her body against rudra's tight hug, and her movement awaken rudra, she said childishly, "dekho na rukmini ki shararat, usne mhare ko aise haat me pehle kiss kiya aur phir pata nehi kaha udd gaya aur phir mere haat mein ye neeley choodiya agaii..." !!! rudra was stunned and did not know what to say to his innocent wife!!! "Paro haat chod mera" he ordered. Then she suddenly came to her senses, she understood the closeness with his body, she pushed out him and jumped off the bed and went to the bathroom. She thought to herself, "Bholenath apka abhar, usne gussa nehi kiya...lekin mhare kalai mein ye choodiya kahase ayi...kya mein puchoo unhe..." she bit her lower lip and then thought, "phir naraz hogaye to". Then suddenly one thought crossed her mind, did he buy those bangles for her????? She remembered he had a blue package in his hand last night and he was behaving weird when she was looking at that package and how he quickly left for room before she could ask him!! She was smiling with immense pleasure in her mind, and kissed the bangles...a drop of her tear fell in the bangles...it's the tear of her joy...
Rudra's dilemma...
Rudra is still in the bed, lying lazily and thinking about Paro, he muttered under his breath "Beykoof larki.."..then he could not help but smile!!! He then thought how cute, childish and naive his wife is, but he is not less than anything, how come he could not tell her that, he got the gift for her. He definitely fulfilled the desire to watch her hands with those bangles, but he missed the happiness on her face knowing he got gift for her!!! How could he miss that!!! Not only that, he is also missing all the beautiful things that God had gifted him by giving her as his wife, she is his treasure of happiness and his peace of mind that was long lost...how long he would deny her??? He is missing his own life by denying her, by refusing her selfless love and care!!! How long he could blindfold himself with all those nightmares and show her his back...rudra was fighting his hardest battle inside his mind and screamed in frustration..."nehiii..." he clenched his fist and closed his eyes and then tried to calm himself, he tried to think something soothing and control his anger, then he moved from his pillow to paro's pillow, there was still her fragrance all over the pillow, her warmness was still there, he tried to visualize her presence and felt calm. He loosened his fist and remained his eyes closed, thinking about today's early morning... he suddenly woke up today at early in the morning and half opened his eyes, and his eyes saw the angelic face of his beautiful wife, she was in his embrace and did not move an inch, she was laid just the way he placed her in his arms last night, sleeping peacefully...he was mesmerized as if any angel from haven was just emerged and laid before him, he could not resist to touch her face, he laid his finger in her forehead, then trailed down to her nose, her cheeks and then her lips very lightly and she shivered in her sleep he was thrilled watching her reactions, she then smiled in her sleep and turned around, suddenly he listened she whispered something, he came near to her mouth to listen, she said, "rukmini...", at first he did not understood, then he remembered its her butterfly friend, and he smiled, he understood she was dreaming, and in her dream she was playing and talking to rukmini, she raised her hand and again called out "rukmini.." he took her hand and gently placed a kiss, she said, "rukmini mujhe gudgudi ho rahi hai.."...he was amused and about to kiss her hand again, but suddenly she was restless in her sleep, rudra caught her in his hard chest, and hugged her tightly,"shhh...shant" rudra said, she was calm and murmured, "rudra..." he unintentionally responded, "hmmm..."...he was so carried away that he could not resist but answer her!!! rudra was amazed thinking she was actually dreaming of him and calling out his name in her dream!!! He was secretly feeling proud and loved...he was thinking, "How on earth a girl like paro can be so deeply and madly in love with him...how"!!! He was interrupted when she again said "rudra"...he did not respond as he did not want her to wake so early in the morning. He did not want her to know that every night he held her in this way until early morning and before she wake up he fixed her in her place. similar to every morning he wanted to place her in her side of the bed, but after hearing his name in her mouth he for some unknown reasons could not let her go today!!! He thought "NO...I can't let you leave my arms, this is where you belong, and rest of your life you will see me whenever you open your eyes, this is a promise from your RUDRA..." He smiled at his sleeping wife and gave a final kiss above her forehead in her hair where she put her siindoor...her hands were moving and the sound of her blue bangles seemed like some melodious music and then slowly he fall asleep..
Its not Rukmini..its Rudra...
Rudra recalled all the memories of today's early morning and then with his half closed eyes he saw his wife was coming out from bathroom wearing a pink ghghra-choli, he saw she is still wearing those bangles, she sat on the chair before the dressing table and looked at him, he pretended to be asleep, she smiled looking at him, as if she knew he was awake and checking her out. Rudra was still not in a mood to get up and spoil his morning routine, actually every morning he woke up early and got up late only to watch his wife's morning activities, like now she will comb her wet hair, then she will put sindoor, he now knew her steps, but still he checked her out every morning with endless curiosity..."why I can't tell her what I feel...why"??!!! He cursed himself for his inability to express his feelings, but then again he started watching her, she was now applying Kajal on her beautiful hazel eyes and then his favorite part came, she was pouting her lips and applying some light pink lipstick on her beautiful lips...he deeply sighed and thought how it would feel like to kiss those beautiful soft lips, her lips seemed like rose petals to him...!! He kissed his own finger, which touched her lips early in the morning as if he was kissing her cherry colored full lips...thinking of kissing her lips gave butterflies in his stomach...he was breathing heavily...that's when Paro came and called him, "Major Saab...uthiye...sat bajgaye...office ke liye late hojaoge...uthiye..." Suddenly a mischievous idea crossed his mind and he thought lets play a little...he pretended to be asleep, and paro was confused what to do, she again called out his name...but he did not answer or move, she was then thinking of touching him to wake him up, but confused if he got angry, but he was not responding, it left her no choice but touching him!!! She lightly placed her hand on his arm and called him again, and he suddenly pulled her into his arms, they rolled into the bed and he was on her top!!! Paro controlled a loud scream to this sudden horror, she was shocked to the death but still scared to move, and she realized she was holding her breath...rudra seemed like again fall asleep, and his head was rest on her shoulder, she was feeling his hot breath on her neck, she was shivering badly but did not know what to do, her waist is guarded by his strong grip and she was feeling paralyzed under his hard body, it seemed like he pasted his body against her and she was even afraid of breathing!!! Rudra on the other hand was feeling very pleased and amused of her situation; he was enjoying his innocent wife's helplessness, and thinking curiously what she would do!!! He wanted to play a little tougher with her, so he rubbed his head against her soft caressable skin, he moved a little and now his head was over her heart, he was listening her heartbeat which was pondering crazily, now if he moves little more he would feel her soft and perfect round breasts!!! Paro started sweating, she was panicking by his actions as he was moving toward her breast, she stopped breathing thinking what was coming next...just then his phone rang and she panicked and pushed out him and jumped off the bed!!! Rudra got up too, sat on his bed and took his call, she tried to run away, but rudra grabbed her hand!!! Her heart was racing so fast as if it will come out anytime, but she stood still and waited for rudra to finish his call!!! Rudra hung up his phone and again pulled her toward him, she sat in the bed, rudra suddenly hugged her from back...her heart was on her mouth!!! This is the first time he was hugging her consciously, and she was feeling like it's not real may be she was dreaming!!! Rudra's mouth was extremely close to her ear, she sensed her ear turned reddened, but tried to stay calm...rudra saw her pinkish ear and felt like chewing it hungrily but resist his desire, he did not want to scare her more, but whispered in her ear, "Paro...wo Rukmini nehi thi, Rudra tha..."!!! "kyaaa..." paro did not get what he meant, rudra grabbed her soft hands and turned her to face him, looked into her eyes, and then kissed her both hands very tenderly, "yeh choodiya..."...paro smiled shyly, her cheeks turned pink, she said,"apne mhare liye choodiya laye..." Rudra said, "nehi to kya?!...rukmini layegi...!!" He said sarcastically and kissed her hands again, then he saw tears rolling out from her eyes, he did not understand why she was crying, he said "kya haua paro"?? he was tensed but to his surprise Paro pulled him toward her and hugged him tightly, he was surprised big time by his shy and innocent wife's action, she was still crying, but in his arms she murmured "ap nehi jante ki mein kitni khush hoon..." ...rudra wiped her tears and caressed her hair then kissed her forehead, she closed her eyes and he kissed both of her eyes then her nose then both of her cheeks and he was about to kiss her lips then the phone again rang very harshly, and Paro moved her face shyly, he saw the call is from Singh sir...he took the call and confirmed him that he will be at office by half an hour.
He got ready for office quickly when paro came with a tray of breakfast, but he said he's late and won't have breakfast now. She nodded and watched him going, she came near to the mirror and watching her own hands full of blue bangles, she touched them lovingly and suddenly saw his refection in the mirror, shocked by the incident she turned around and saw rudra was really standing there, he was coming towards her and she was moving back and he bent towards her, very closed, he took his bike's key from the dressing table which was just behind her...and she felt shy for her thought, she smiled and said him goodbye, he was at the door, then turned around and said "paro...hamari baat abhi khatam nehi huii...intezaar kar mere lautneka..." he crookedly smiled and said goodbye.
