Very nice discussion going on here! 👍🏼
My two cents on who should understand who here. 😆The issue here is that there has been not much going on since the Tejawat climax which we can attribute to growth in relationship or understanding here. I felt when there was this captive-captor track in full swing, there was more of meaningful conversations even though they were literally fighting in every other scene.

It has been established for long now that they share a bond. There is some level of understanding too. But after that we had the public proposal, hate marriage, jaipur. Yes they are getting closer, but no there is no complete understanding. So I am completely with Rudra when he says you don't know me completely. Even Paro tells Rudra when she was drunk that to understand her better he needs to look into her heart. Which is true too. When that is acceptable, then this is too. More so on Rudra's side because from time to time he has told her not to go with what she sees. He is more of a stone and filled with poison inside. Paro is all transparent. She is what you see.

To get past this stagnant phase of relationship they are in, there needs to be a dhamaka of an outburst from Rudra on what is really inside him. Which is when it will sink into Paro too..Without that if Paro will claim that she gets him totally, then my personal reaction would be - When did that happen?

and yes about Paro's having a xfactor, i meant with her characterisation and not with her dressing sense.😆.

Umm how on earth the characterization hz got nethin to do wid x factor😕 the only prob in her characterization is how any dignified woman wud react in some situations nd how mythology is being illogically portrayed in her beliefs nd actions not to mention the countless times she has been humiliatefd against the rights nd self respect ov any woman otherwise i dun see any other probs wid her character let alone x factor

for instance, remember, how he had warned her not to interfere in maithili's life because this family will never care for Paro's genuine worries. Once maithili had been curt and asked Paro to stay out of her personal matter, that very moment Rudra comes and holds her hand, and yes the tenderness in his eyes to soother her, his words were harsh but his actions still meant that didn't i say you ? why don't you understand. one of my fav PaRud moments.

and what more can i throw here as an example, people who have watched yesterday's episode must have already known that how Rudra's eyes speak louder than his words. I am still in awee of tha look and his " paroo' chant in the hospital.

@blue: Oh yes, I remember that scene...and even scenes since then...he doesn't manhandle her in the typical sense and his eyes are in direct contrast to his harsh words...which is exactly what Paro points out and latches onto...she's also fidaa over those eyes only...yeh aakhein marvaayengi😆😆

Yes, yesterday was really something...Rudra hardly got much screen-time but he stole the whole epi in my opinion with just those few brief moments of the way he uttered her name and the look in his eyes when he sees her...like she is the source of his sustenance...beautifully done by Ashish.

Totally agree with the bold👏👏...Paro is transparent and very easy to read...on top of that she keeps on declaring every small thought in her head too😆...while Rudra is not just complex, he's also filled with poison as you said...and poison doesn't just vanish with one lecture on life.

I'm also hoping they create some situation where Rudra himself bursts out with what's eating him up inside and I sure HOPE then Paro understands and consoles him accordingly.

Otherwise yes obviously in any relationship, understanding needs to come from both sides...Rudra too has to work towards understanding Paro better.

Considering she's known him for a shorter time than Paro has...but then she has an advantage...Rudra is more successful at hiding his concern for Paro when she's awake...Maithili has seen his panic for Paro first-hand and processed it perceptively...while Paro views things more in the symbolic fashion...I guess also the fact that Maithili is more evolved in her womanhood while Paro is still an innocent girl not really having blossomed into womanhood yet.

But yeah basically Maithili has aptly termed it as a mask and excuses that Rudra uses to push Paro away otherwise he very well knows the truth of her innocence...there is a reason for why he pushes Paro away...but that reason even Maithili hasn't processed really...only Dilsher understands I guess.

very mucvh iconic and infact as you said, maithili judged Rudra as a woman, judged a man being a woman and not an innocent girl. Paro is too much blinded in his love, for her everything he does or he says does not matter as long as she is with him, thats what she percieves.

coming to maithili, i feel her judging Rudra and in a correct way has to do lot with her own life too. she really wants to salute Rudra when he sides with paro and protects her dignity in public, whenever paro is being insulted by mohini. Maithili herself wanted this treatement from her husband too, i mean who does not want ? She even once said paro that " Do not go by devarjisa's harsh words, his intensity and feelings for you run so deep that he cannot tolerate a scratch in your dignity. he takes a slap that is raised for you, will mess up with anyone who tries to question your upbringing or character "
Maithili is the victim of mild domestic violence, whose saas treats her as a maid and husband showres love only in the bedroom and cannot raise his voice for her honour in front of his mother. Maithili was refreshed to see Rudra being the opposite, who is harsh in his bedroom but he definitely does not tolerate Paro's insult. Thus maithili very well understands the man inside Rudra.
Best part of maithili is that she said Rudra that he tries to fake his hatred for Paro, he is trying to search for excuses to keep her away. obviously Dilsher knows the reasons, but i don't understand the man, instead of trying to advice Rudra about it and give him courage to get over it, dilsher all he does is boasts Paro in front of Rudra and asks him to see Paro's innocence. For once when will these closed ones of Rudra will understand that he does see Paro's innocence, but its them who are unaware of the emotional crisis he suffers from.
Paro is yet to see his this side, she is blindfolded with his rakshak image and his exterior mask of hating her.

even those fightings had some extra magic. every word from both Paro and Rudra had so much meaning and depth. i understood paro better in those days.

It has been established for long now that they share a bond. There is some level of understanding too. But after that we had the public proposal, hate marriage, jaipur. yes exactly, when Paro said that he has to look in her heart to understand her, Rudra genuinely accepted it, he accepts the fact that he doesn't know and understand her . and therefore he does not ever claim it also. Incase of Paro, whenever Rudra says the same, she actually mocks him and takes his words as lightly as that he is joking. he understands that she is not taking him seriously, but he says it again and again and he will keep saying it unless one day he actually bursts out and pours his heart in front of her.

To get past this stagnant phase of relationship they are in, there needs to be a dhamaka of an outburst from Rudra on what is really inside him. Which is when it will sink into Paro too..Without that if Paro will claim that she gets him totally, then my personal reaction would be - When did that happen?

yes but then the outburst requires a lot of motivation and strength, which Rudra is slowly gaining but will lose once paro leaves him. It will bring him back to that isolation once again that the lady who claimed to love and understand him has left him in solitude. and paro will be all content that yes i understand major saab, and i have given him his desire and left him for his own good.😆 ..

geez. you aint getting my point. with all the x-factor i meant is that Paro is no different from the typical female leads. her moves and actions are predictable, and the shiv mythology angle worsens it. and even if we consider shiv mythology or othello, nowhere the lady sacrfices like this, instead they stick to the man right ? i could be wrong here, as i don't know much about shiv mythology.

😳.. see not Paro's fault if she is this much crazy about him. even Rudra fails to understand that how come a jallad like him has impressed paro so much. he would get his answers only if he would look into the mirror and see his own eyes. he is yet to recognize his qualities, instead he just recognizes his jalladgiri and ants every1 to believe in that.

beautiful it was. and symbolism was also there that how she took her name b4 fainting and even after gaining his sense. that thing itself explains Rudra as wholly, that how she runs in his each breath. yes, the episode as i said was melodramatic otherwise, with the exception of this scene, and then the " pair..chot..doctor " brilliant indeed, he wanted to smack something oevr someone once Aman said that Paro had gone to the temple barefooted. Ahh thats my Rudy boy now.
