Paro is an uncomplicated girl, possessing a pure heart and a clear mind. She sees things as they are. When she finally learned the truth about Tejawat, she owned up to her mistake without any hesitation. She had misunderstood Rudra, he was right about Tejawat all along and was indeed protecting her. She went ahead and gave her statement against Tejawat and she apologized to Rudra. She didn't shy away from stepping forward and rectifying her mistake.
Her thoughts regarding marriage has always been simple. She had wished for a home and a family of her own, she wanted to be loved and cherished and she wanted an ideal partner and she had entrusted Bholenath to find that partner for her. And being a firm believer, she knew he would find her right match. She knew she fall in love with the man destined for her.
When she learned that her marriage was a farce and that she was never really married in the true sense, she was no longer tied to anyone. She was no longer a real widow mourning her husband and fighting to free herself. She was again the simple girl who wished to be married and lead a happy life.
She had agreed to marry Varun because she believed it was her destiny. She didn't hesitate or wonder whether she would fall in love with him or not. She knew she would eventually love her husband, because he is the one for her. At that point, she didn't know it was Tejawat's doing and the man that was destined for her was someone else.
When she finally learned Varun's words and promises were all lies... what remained as truth was Rudra, his words, actions and rituals that took place between them...the mehendi, the haldi, the letter 'R' crafted on her wrist. Whenever she was in danger, he became her protector. She was heading towards an unknown, dreadful future and Rudra came as her savior. Fate had landed her in Rudra's home and circumstances led his father to declare she was Rudra's fiance. It was all destiny.
She deeply values all these rituals and the only reason she had refused to marry Rudra was because she thought he was guilty. Now that all the reasons for saying 'NO', no longer exists, what should she do?
She wanted a home, and Rudra's house became her home. She wanted a family, Rudra's family became her own. She found sisters, two father figures and his mother, was a mother figure to her all along. This is why it became important to her to prove her innocence to them. It wasn't just about clearing her name.
She wanted an ideal husband and who better, than the man who always came to her rescue, stood as her shield and cared for her? She wanted him to have a name of Bholenath...and even his name is Rudra.
For Paro, it is not so much about stopping and thinking. She feels what's right and what's wrong in heart. She is like a stream of water and she goes with the flow. This is why she compared their situation with Shiv-Parvati at the temple. There was no hesitation or no pondering over what she had just said...she knew it's right in her heart.
She is innocent and bashful but she doesn't shy away from taking the right step.
They are meant for each other.
If Rudra doesn't see it yet, she will make him see it.
If she has to take the first step, she will take it.
These are my thoughts after the new promo and it's also based on my interpretation of her actions in the last few episodes. 😳
