Evolution takes time, hence why her going from timid and quite throughout the show, and primarily having interactions with other characters and only being reflective/pondering when Solo, to suddenly be the centre- would be odd.

She will get more screen time- if she's away for a week, I'd think that would be odd, but this is ONE episode, which was wonderfully supported by AMAZING supporting actors. Who DO have DEEP characters, Paro's EVOLUTION will occur throughout the show and she WILL become such a character which will dominate in screen time with or without Rudra 😎

Just one tiny correction there 😊 Paro character graph has already shown changes from the very first week, the way she is standing up to Rudra, and even Mohini, speaks volumes about the resolve and strength of conviction this woman has. She does not give in to histrionics and flamboyancy like other characters in the show, but weak she is not. I do hope what you say comes true in the long run and we see many more layers of Paro as the story progresses, as Sanaya is a capable artist and because show was sold to us as a PaRud story.

cannot even any of these be shown!! I think many of us r upset cz today was just the tip of the iceberg! they have been ignoring Paro for too much! I did not sign up to watch what they r showing..

i have no issue with the supporting cast. They r awesome, so sure show them! But i want Paro centered episodes! period!

😆, I never said she's useless, I'm saying her going from Hesitent, to sherni would be odd. Her evolution will happen- evolution inherently happens SLOWLY. We've seen some changes in her, so I wouldn't say she's been ignored 😕. She's only gone for one episode, there are difficulties they need to work through: Story line, dialogue, interaction, editing etc, that are all part of the process. She's going to get screen time, I could bet on it- one episode doesn't mean her character is useless or not good enough, it just means it didn't work out 😆.

I agree, she has shown some changes- it's part of her evolution process: But to show MORE changes, they need to happen WITH other characters- they need to build a story. She can't do that on her own...so if you want more Paro, you need more supportive characters that act as a CATALYST in her change. This whole show will depict her transformation and it will happen slowely 😊. It's one episode, and she'll be back! Also, Timid does not mean weak, I'm not saying she's weak 😉...she's been on the quiter side, scared, and frightened (rightfully so) and she will get out of that shell. Slowly, a complete 180 would be odd

Listen baba... thoda chill karo :)

They probably didn't get the time to shoot with Sanaya, hence the lack. Now that Ashish is MIA, they WILL focus on Paro's character. But to do it well and aesthetically, they will need a little time. Give them a chance. As I pointed out on another thread, I'd much rather wait for well done scenes, that hastily-shot, poorly edited ones. the quality shouldn't suffer.

So, of course there will be Paro centric episodes pretty soon. But first, they need to come up with a plot and a few dialogues, and shoot.

And @reeha...k has made a very nice observation. Rudra is layered, Paro evolves. The treatment of these characters is bound to keep changing.

So, be patient. Woh aayega. Mera Rudra aayega! And soon, all pink and healthy 😃

I think what this one episode without Paro has done is to highlight a discontent that's been building up over some time at what to many, including myself, seems to be a disregard for Paro's thought's and feelings. We know Paro doesn't want to get married but has she thought about what she'll do if the marriage goes ahead? Does she worry about Rudra trying to get close to her? Does she get scared thinking that this might be for life. We know she's left everythign in God's hands but she's human and she can't not think about these things. She came back to the haveli partly because she had nowhere else to go and partly because she wanted to prove her innocence. Remember the dialogue that when she had proved her innocence then Rudra would beg for forgiveness but she wouldn't forgive him? So how is she planning to prove her innocence? Why don't we see Paro remembering the important people in her life when her wounds are still so fresh.
I thought the episode was fine and I liked the ThakurSa-KakiSa scene but instead of the Maitali-Samrat scene which was nothing new why not show Paro thinking about how strangely Rudra behaved when he 'found' her yesterday or even a scene showing how everything is hurtling out of control. Where is the story of Paro's journey or does it just exist in relation to Rudra? To show character growth we have to be privy to Paro's thoughts and for that we have to hear her introspections.
Perhaps Ashish being absent and Paro not getting screen time is just a coincidence and Paro's screen time would have been the same even if Ashish was there but not seeing her on screen today just reminded me that my attraction to the show was that we were going to see Paro's journey. It is still early days but if I don't know how Paro thinks today then how am I going to see her growth and understand the changes she's undergone?
I like that this show is developing other characters too which is important but it shouldn't be at the cost of the story's heroine.
