Sush,
Wonderful take and yeah loads of SIGNS!👏
SIGN of concern
The first scene when he pulls her away into his room. (Firstly I was all worried won't someone hear them out?) But what I felt was that amidst that blasting off was a genuine concern for her...that she should not have dared to confront that vicious woman. His frustrations were quite visible..it's like when you save a child who was about to drown, you then scold them for taking the risk without even thinking of the dangers.
A Fear of Losing Her -
Then he reminding her that she's been here for just four days and would probably be around for another four. This was NOT her home and Not her people.
Was this not said to remind himself...that she could be gone...in all these days not once has he sat her down for a word to word interrogation. She lives with him in the house. Why is he delaying it? Does he really want her to leave?😉
A Sign of Care
And then before walking out she asks him "Why did you take the blow for me? He turns to look with a BIG question mark on his face. WHY did he really? He needs to answer that to himself? ☺️
Signs of Very bhery strong attraction...☺️
Huge signs of being flustered...from a physical somersault to an emotional flip too. He dare not face her...he sat with his back turned, holding the edge of the bed for support. He still had not recovered from their physical closeness on his white silk sheathed bed (me loves it😉), looking deeply into those larger pools of honey. And then amidst all that awkwardness, she innocently explains herself and talks of madhu makhis...gosh his insides were burning and here was a girl who was giving him tips on how to soothe his external burns from the lep. Halleluia!😆
Sign of change in his thought process...
And then most important of all - Her soft yet firm patriotic voice that exclaimed that let alone herself she would not allow anyone else to betray her land. This means she would be ready to endanger herself if the need arose. Aren't they both alike? Surprised ehh Majorsa!
Signs of Guilt -
When he asked her to come to him if she needed anything and to cover her face just so that she could move around the house. He realized he had literally caged her and she really had no one.
Now wonder why Majorsa had to hold her hand there, he could have simply said "Ruko!" Sochega padi!😉
And yeah last but NOT the least - signs of a confused state of mind of our beloved Paro!☺️

Hi Sush, I have always enjoyed your posts, even those of the earlier serial, though never quite commented.😊
Today I was compelled to comment, because I really liked your take today over the other recent ones and also because I am liking the layers depicted In a female lead role..I thought Paro's character was brought out beautifully today..Her confusion over her real home, her twisted psychology of depending on the man she abhors, her fear and hatred for Major yet her inherent goodness even to the man who has wronged her, her naivette and softness yet her inherent sense of justice for Mithili..Yu look at her and wonder how easy it is to be simple and yet so difficult! Her simplicity is complicating matters for the Major way too badly. 😆 He has no idea what to make of her, esp when she so sweetly denied her role in the arms deal..For the first time, I am seeing a female lead with such lovely layers to her. They r usually preaching most of the time like 'Ms.Perfect' or acting all overtly bubbly or end up as silent sufferers. Here Paro is none and yet she holds her own.No doubt I love Rudraa's character but am glad the makers have sketched a good female character as well no I hope they maintain it through..Honestly I am not too excited abt the marraige track, becoz it's been done to death in all serials.i felt there was so much scope to explore even without marriage and all, but well let's see how the Cvs deal with this..

That was a great post. Methinks Sush is very happy now. So am I. I think Rudra doesn't have a clue as to what has hit him. His life is beyond him now. He's never had a woman take care of him so stubbornly, the way she stops and reminds him again of the haldi and her 'madhumakhi' dialogue. What was that. She is fearless in her own soft way. Her ahimsa/satyagraha way of winning and putting her point across, I suppose. This is what Dilsher meant that she is the cool spring water to his desert heat.
Sush, they really r promoting the marriage thingy...I'm seeing all these posts now...on the forum. I don't want to see a marriage so soon...

Check the latest --- seems that Sumer will find the Thakur's people looking for Paro!! So looks as if Major sa is in a soup... maybe the marriage is a bail out for that? But...if the thakurayin's people are looking for Paro... doesn't it mean there is a connection between her and Birputr and the Thakur... that's the one the Rudra is looking for as the missing link... confused!
