WhT I liked the most abt PaRud scene .. When she says Bhagwan ek darwaja band kar deta hai to daudkar dusara darwaja khol te hai taki har kisi ke jindagi me ek ans bani rahe n on this Rudra's reaction .. I think this he will remember .. N the episode was brilliant .. The dialogues writer has out done himself with the adoption issue n the convo ..
Oh yes whT I like abt rr is this apart frm Thakur rest all the character has grey shades to them ..they r not out right black

No I did not Sush... I understand her need to speak up cause she is an orphan herself and that's her nature but still the manner in which she spoke up, didn't you feel that the sermonizing went on too long? Esp when she is an outsider. To me, it felt out of place not necessarily because Paro stood up for M but I felt there was something lacking in the scene itself so it's more of a grouse with the writers...May be it was needed to move the story along but still... It wasn't as convincing.
Having said that lets not dwell on that for too long...

Bring on the precap already!

ps. No complaints about the major. He is so territorial and possessive about her...sigh! how will he ever let her go back to Birpur????

Agree with you @ vaish!!

She is so positive...These words should guide the CVs and the major... when Rudra Dev is thrown out of BSD...

I am hoping he will go on a mission to find Nadini with the Sherni tagged along...of course...😃

Hi Rebecaa, I think Sumer is conceived as a negative character even if he may show some glimpses of being a harmless brother...I do hope that they don't make him too negative with lust angle and all...I don't find that appealing at all...but I am not sure if we can be too hopeful about him doing any thing other than what suits his selfish purpose...

I read in articles that Sumer is the parallel lead and they will show him opposite Nandini once she surfaces. So I don't think they will show Sumer lusting after Paro. However , All characters are supposed to be grey except for Paro .

Thanks for this post, Sush ... I caught the episode this morning and I liked it a lot. Surprisingly I didn't find Paro's support for Maithili out of place ... surprising, because I usually find the lectures by the righteous bahus very out of place ... but in this case, it wasn't.

This is something Paro feels deeply about, because it's a very personal belief for her ... being an adopted child herself, and having received so much love from people completely unrelated to her by blood. And poor Maithili has no support ... neither from her spineless husband, nor from her sympathetic FIL ... Paro stood silently and watched while Mausam kaaki went on and on ... despite Maithili's pleas to just give the idea of adoption a thought, Mohini refused pointblank ... but when she started insulting Maithili herself, that was when Paro really couldn't take it any longer.

I found it ironic that Mohini asked Samrat if he was wearing bangles, why he was being so spineless ... she should be happy he's silent now, because I have a feeling the day he does gather a spine to speak, it will be for his wife, not against. But the way he stood quietly while his wife was being insulted, was disgusting.

The actress playing Maithili was very good today ... have seen her in another soap where she played a similar quiet character, here she has much more depth. It seems only the ladies in the house have any spine to stand against Mohini, all the men are useless!

Also liked the little byplay between Paro and Rudra ... he refusing to eat, she telling him ann ka apmaan hoga ... when Laila said that, he didn't give a toss ... today he sat meekly and ate what Paro dished out. 😛

Hi Diya! I missed your post yesterday. It was such a wonderful episode for me where we got to see Paro's new shade and once again wonderful acting by Maithili, Mohini and of course Paro. I loved Paro's role in saving Maithili and was surprised to see that a lot of viewers in this forum found her role out of place. I don't want to go into that anymore.

On Samrat, I agree he is spineless but he is sympathetic to his wife. He doesn't want his wife to face the rages of his mother. But i hope one day, as you said, he will speak and he will speak for his wife.

I too liked the way the dialogues were written..it was beautiful..very touching .

Sush..great post as usual..

I did not think Paro was out of place speaking because she could identify with it since she was an orphan herself..but I am sure she will get an earful from the Major on Monday about interfering in family matters😆

I too liked the fact hat Samarat didn't show his differences with his wife...on the topic and kept quiet...That was a plus!!👍🏼

Lovely take Sush. I for one did not think it was out of character for Paro to support Maithali. Maithali had talked to Paro about her pain and sense of loss before and being an orphan herself who found a loving home with mamisa, she connected with it right away. She is the girl who parted with her doll to cheer up an unknown crying boy despite hurting herself at the loss of her parents. Her compassion and empathy for others always trump over her own well being, this is who Paravati is, the nurturer. There were several instances where this quality of hers was emphasized, she even spoke up in front of Thakhursa, refusing Bidaai, until her friend Bhindi was found and she can feel compassion for her captor, her jallad too.

The three actresses were amazing in the last scene 👏 and Paro's dialogues on adoption were beautifully written. ⭐️

YEAH!!! You and I are on the same page on this one @ Showviewer,😃

I was thinking about the Bindi incident too...!! She spoke up there as well...when everyone was expecting her to keep quiet...being a bride and all...

LOVING THE ATTENTION THEY ARE PAYING TO PARO!
