Sush, I can't teIl you how happy I am reading your post.

Like you, I thought Maithili and Paro deserve a huge round of applause for their bravery today. Maithili's pain is something, no one would understand without actually going through it. and she portrayed it so well.. i could literally feel the pain. For a character like her, in fact making a proposal like that (adoption) was way more courageous. Wonderful step by Maithili and outstanding acting by the actor.

Now speaking about Paro, it was such a proud moment for me when I saw her standing for Maithili, that also face to face with Mohini. Being an orphan herself she couldn't have simply kept listening to all those bullshits that lady was vomiting! I absolutely adored her role today.

LOVING IT!

Rudra and Paro have to match each other...That would be a match made in heaven...

It adds a nice dynamic to their equation too, and gives Paro a strong identity...
The issue raised by them...infertility and adoption are very sensitive ones...and I noticed that Maithali picked a girl for adoption which is getting to another social issue in India...Nicely done!!!

I don't think Paros character can be made to just wait for things to happen...the story won't be so interesting if it is like that!! So the timing is perfect for a stronger Paro to emerge...and surprise everyone...including our major😉

I love this strong paro... but I think Major knew that lady is not going to take it lying down...:) that why he tried to stop her... :)

Thanks Monica!
Yes, it is a difficult subject...and Maithali did it very well!!!!

Paro is actually very strong and always looks out for her loved ones...there was no way she was going to let maithli take it on her own...she has formed a nice bond with her...😃

Hey msin...are you still up?

Paro baisa has an ALTERNATE UNIVERSE created for her...where the husbands are braver, and more handsome...with care to die for...😆

She is bothered about him finishing his meal because that's the way she is...I can totally relate to her...I remember at one meeting in Italy a while back...I was so worried about a guy a consultant...driving back early morning to catch a flight while we were all having fun...late at night and he was playing the Piano...I kept telling him to go to his room and catch some sleep because he had a flight to catch in the morning...and it wouldn't be good to be driving that lomg without having slept .. Guess...it is just a caring instinct...nothing romantic is needed for that...😃

Of course...in Paros case it she has become more bold as a defiant act...because she does not want to believe anything he told her about her sister...

It's afternoon my time... And I have to go out now...but I was wondering where did that haldi ka Lep on his cheek disappear...
Agreed that paro has switched off from her pain and living for the moment not thinking of the past...
That quite happens in very tough conditions... Mind just switches off the terrible thoughts and just focuses on day to day affairs..
Her backing Maithili might be something like a stress reliever.. Something to think beyond ones own pain... I have done that in stressful times.. But I have to go now...ciao...since u brought in Italy..

Today's episode was an out and out treat for Sanaya fans. Till you mentioned it I did not realize what irked paro most was when chachi is using shivji to prove her point. Good observation! I was thinking how come paro the timid one got so much strength to speak against Chaachi. But I guess her two strong beliefs - bolenath and her upbringing filled with selfless love from her maami were being indirectly spoken against. What followed that was amazing. Loved how she explained Shivji's actual intentions in making someone childless. Only those special ones who could give unconditional love to orphans are chosen for such 😛noble cause. What a way to support and lift spirits of such poor souls who crave for motherhood.

Chaachi was way too cruel. She reminds of some bitter people in my life. I feel for mythili which is probably why for the first time I cried watching RR. Mythili's requests while crying were really heart wrenching. The actress did great including awesome dubbing that showed the trembling voice of a crying person. Samrat has no spine no wonder he couldn't beget a kid. I hate when men don't speak up for their wives and be mommy's pet.

I totally agree with u about Sumer today. His childlike smile when sunheri was picked upon sooo reminded my brother 😊. Also liked him when he told Samrat to let bhabhisa speak. He sure is a better man than Samrat is. Samrat might be protecting mythili from his mom but why can't he build a spine to talk back to his mom then. Had he not upset mythili by always walking out on this topic she would have not taken this move in the first place. She would have waited for him to convince his mom. What say?

Also another great thing I observed today was lot of support system.

1. How Samrat wanted to save her from his Mom (I still stick to my anger over him for for causing this situation, never the less he wanted to protect her. He had a tone of concern than an order in taking her away).
2. Dilsher telling Danveer to sit and assuring him we are all one (loved how he and Rudra use the dining table situations to taunt chachi 😃).
3. Paro reassuring Mythili to start the convo.
4. Rudra holding her back to protect her from unnecessary family drama.
5. Paro standing up for Mythili (if not for her mythili would have got that slap)
6. Finally comes our superman Rudra out of nowhere in a whiff to take the slap.

And if not for that slap how would we get our valentine gift. Though a sneak peak but was enough to electrocute my sense 😉

Hi Su...welcome to Sushpectives and thanks for such a fab post...!!! I hope you will be regular visitor and will write more...😃

Specially loved the points highlighted in bold...👏
Loved the family dynamic today...it was more balanced...what's the point watching one person bashing everyone and others getting bashed...all the time...now we have an interesting show...

I think

It is not practical some one to be so wrapped up in their grief that they forget to live life...plus it is not interesting in a daily soap to see the same everyday...

Italy is always a treat...love the food there!!!

I for one liked yesterdays episode for the story and acting. All were good. As for Paro butting in i didn't see any reason why she should not. She being adopted child and who was well cared and loved by adopted family, has every reason to support Maithili then. Yes, she is in deep trouble now that's a different thing. I like the way Paro's character is shaping up, from a gentle, calm, naive individual to being a sensible and strong person when needed.
All the three ladies aced the adoption issue scene.

Fully agree with you Malini!

I hope the keep Paro gentle but STRONG...that's the way I like her...she was not disrespectful at all...but she puts her point forward which happens to be so positive so compassionate and right...without weakness...Just like she does it with Rudra Dev...😃
