Awesome post, as always, tvbug!
Today was dhamaka Tuesday. First the CVs gave us the reveal that Kakasa was still in contact with Rudra's mother, and that she will potentially try to get in touch with him. Although, the day Rudra finds out that Kakasa was holding out on him all these years, is the day their bond will break. Then came the dhamaka of the sudden storm-in-a-teacup. Violent, but with no obvious result for the initiator, Kakisa.
For Paro, however, the runaway mother reveal has happened. And for Rudra, it is the knowledge that Paro has seen him vulnerable. How I wonder will this alter the PaRud equation. We, the viewers, got to see the doll again. And of course Rudra's smile! Kakisa has now enlisted Sumer's help to dig up everything he can find on Paro.
The final takeaway from the episode ... the storm in the teacup only deepened Kaakisa's suspicions, she has now instituted an official inquiry through Sumer ... she obviously had no faith in Samrat I rather liked that line of hers ... baat niklegi, ab door tak jaayegi ... one of my favourite ghazals from Jagjit Singh. How apt here!

Paro sees Rudra vulnerable ... Rudra sees Paro see him vulnerable. How will this change the PaRud equation? And when will the loop of the doll connection come back into play?

Awesome acting by all players, especially Sanaya, Ananya and Ashish! Ashish as the vulnerable, wounded Rudra in the last scene was fabulous ... his exchange of looks with Paro through the window, has me waiting for tonight's episode with bated breath.

Bingo!

My favourite lens through which I am viewing and analysing the show, as and when time permits, to see how long the theory can be justified. Rudra's mother is actually an asset for the BSD / Army. So far, it has been possible to view the story through this lens. The phone call in yesterday's episode lends it more credence.

What about her tie-in and her closeness with Paro? She failed to avert the incident in which Paro's parents were killed. Or it was collateral damage that could not be averted. She feels responsible for Paro because of that. Perhaps, she was present in the bus too -- the person Paro's mother sees and who gave Paro's mother a vow re her marriage -- before (or after?) she was shot.

Someone did alert the BSD to the gun runners. Someone with inside information. She did catch the Thakur disconnecting the phone. I call her The Blue Butterfly!

It would be just awesome if this is how they play this track out.

That's an interesting thought ...

What if her running away or going under cover was related to that incident somehow? Don't ask me how ... the thought just struck while reading this post.

Lovely, beautiful post!!!
The episode has left me truly speechless!! Ashish walked away with all the accolades in this episode! Ably supported by Ananya and Sanaya!

The complexities of the man! But more than that what I loved the most was his emotional outburst that showed that no amount of brutal military training or hardships on the battleground has been able to crush that beautiful heart of a child forever! He has every chance of getting healed and be normal some day in the near future! His dad anyway has told him that Paro is like gentle rain to his every burning desert that will cool down, calm down once she rains her love on him! We are now on that path! Having Rudra healed!

Yes that would be amazing!!! It also makes sense because Sadiya, the actress who plays the Thakurain, has been quoted saying she only does roles with substance these days as she did with BV and other DD serials. And what better way for the role of Thakurain to have substance than as an inside informer against the Thakur.
So yes, all the points you make tie-in with this theory. 👏👏👏 She's best placed to be the informant. And may well have been the last person Paro's mother saw on the bus before her death.
The implications are enormous: Of course, there's the fact that Rudra and Paro shared the same kind of upbringing, hence the overt reference last night in Paro-Mythili-Sunehri conversation to what Paro learned from the Thakurain.
How exciting!!

@ baat niklegi, ab door tak jaayegi: An absolutely lovely line, and ghazal, of course!!! Kakisa is not going to give up unless she has unearthed that whole can of worms. Wish she had focused as much energy on finding her runaway sister!!
@ Rudra seeing Paro seeing him vulnerable: I can't see it sitting well with a man who's as strong as him. Last time it was he who saw her breakdown through the one-way mirror, and he recoiled. This time she has seen into him, and not been able to meet his eyes. How will he regain his lost reputation - become more ruthless/remote/cool and collected/unfeeling, or will the CVs surprise us yet again. Waiting for tonight!
