Awesome os.
The emotions you have written for all characters are so beautifully described.
Poor paro finally figuring out they her friend bindi could have been killed by Thakur and Rudra promising to avenge her death.

Some time it is very difficult for me to understand when you write the conversations in hindi. Could you do something for this.

Hi:

In the past, I never wrote with Hindi dialogue (I'm Bengali, so I probably make a total hash out of it in any case) but for RR, its so "rural" it felt like it was needed. But anyways, I just finished updating ALL the Yesterday/Tomorrow OSes for readers like you, with an English translation passage following the Hindi ones, Thanks for pointing this out, I hope its easier to follow now!

I can't believe i freaking missed this! i was so upset thinking u had stopped writing!! AND AND AND oh u don't know how happy i was to find the update tdoay and then see this link to this update i missed!

i won't be lying that i enjoyed this as much as the episode today! it feels as if u r telling the story i would much rather have watched, and the story that is usually not possible to be told on Indian TV.
so i can imagine in my mind this story which was originally what i wished to see in this show...

amazing once again!! aahh off to read the next part!

You know, on a serious note, I cannot understand why they have ignored Bindi's entire story-line. She was shown as the sister Paro never had. She went missing ON her wedding night--that was why she sobbed throughout her pheras. Paro knows Bindi was picked up by "BSD walo." Back then, she was terrified of the very BSD name. Fine. But right now she is living in the home of the BSD Officer in charge of her district--who she is quite open with, and who she is getting married to.

Even if she hates Rudra, she no longer fears him as she did when she first saw him in the sand dunes. She knows he is the commanding officer--she can accuse him of Bindi's murder, he can deny, then get suspicious about the timing of Bindi's disappearance, and maybe investigate that angle of the Thakur's lies.

Why is she not asking him, or accusing his BSD? And okay, not him--she does not want to share her pain, or give Rudra any additional hold over her--but she sees his uncle every day, a really nice, soft hearted BSD man, with daughters in the house. Cant she ask HIM?

Do you buy that a sweetheart like Paro, who makes the Jallad's sisterin-law her own, who is so compassionate, has not ONCE asked about her missing best friend? I mean, I understand that Bindi is gone, but Paro doesn't have memory loss--are we supposed to ignore Bindi Baisa or her terrible death for some reason? This PH isn't that bad about continuity (like 4 Lions was! Good GOD!!) I've noticed that about them so far.

But this is such a rich vein of possible story tracks, I'm surprised its gone.

Hola, people!

I just wanted to thank all the readers of the Yesterday and Tomorrow OS series. Thank you for recommending, and reading, and liking the one Shot that was my favorite, even though it was about a discarded character--our very own Bindi baisa. That sweetheart's story, as I envisioned it, won me the One Shot award of the week, the first one on the Rang Rasiya site!

Let me just tell you that I am ridiculously touched and moved (so much so I cant even be all sarcastic and cool and laid back about it!)!

I've posted on IPKKND and had a good run there with my work, but honestly, I didn't follow the forum from the very first week, as I have done with this forum. It never felt like I was watching the show from its birth--which this ones really makes me feel. Also---you guys are so sweet, and supportive and so much MORE like family--its the strangest thing!

I feel very very happy to be here, and so this award thing means more than anything on the IPK site ever did--I never noticed any award that was given out there, to be honest--but here---it means more coming from you guys, mann mein laddoo phoot raha hai! Thank you!

EEEKKK!!!! I'm just gonna use that signature banner thing one more time--sorry, I'm like a kid with a new toy--isn't it beeaauuttiiffuull?

PS: READ Tattle-Tale's Drabbles, people! Its not a Fan Fiction and yet it won that category---that should indicate how fabulous it is--its just too fantastic to ignore!!!! Its like the Meryl Streep of Fan Fictions--always great, timeless, and leaves you wanting even more!
