I love what she's wearing <3 She looks beautiful ❤️ Ahh <3
Nice interview, most of it.
Just one thing, all celebs and actors never wear Indian dresses in real life 😕 Not just them, almost all Indian kids have become like that. If they can't adopt the Indian lifestyle then why do they stay in India? Wearing a salwar kameez is not tough at all. I wear them | 24/7 and I climb mountains and jump around in them. Speaking in Hindi is also considered backward. You don't know English, you are automatically jahil. For some people, wearing a salwar automatically makes you a backward aunty. And we say we are modern.

how does what clothes one wears decide whether they get to stay in India or not 😕
its about being comfortable in whatever clothes one wears and the clothes being suitable to the work environment/home
I dont like wear salwar kameez coz its a pain to handle the duppata. So I usually alternate between jeans and top or leggings and kurata at work. how does that translate that I couldnt adopt to Indian lifestyle and so shouldnt stay in India 😕

Regarding Hindi- I do agree. In many cities, speaking in Hindi does translate into one being considered as uncool

@TM thanks for the caps
is there any WU for the IV

Its not that. Its just that these celebs represent our country to some extent and I wished , if only, they wore these dresses offscreen also. The dupatta excuse is actually not convincing. You can wear Indian without a dupatta also. My teachers work for 8 hours everyday and ALL of them wear saris and suits. I think the dupatta is just an excuse for people who dont want to wear salwar kameez because its not cool.
@Hindi, I agree. And also other languages. Some INDIAN friends of mine actually call Malayalis junglees and uncool because of their language. I want people to change the way they think.
Wearing a jeans and top may make you look good (same for salwar) but it doesn't make you modern or 'cool' (I hate these terms).

Well I think its a lot about comfort.. for the celebs too and a way to differentiate from their onscreen too
they wear Indian clothes throughout the day whwn onscreen
so offscreen they tend to avoid it. btw this is speculation on my behalf and i may be grossly wrong

Salwar kameez without dupaata is kinda like kurta legging which may do wear even in cities albeit more comfortable.
Its a lot to do with the workplace environment too. most teachers wear salwar and sarees, its formal clothes in corporate offices, trendy stuff (which has for some reason been translated to western wear) for people in entertainment industry.

@language: I think people have begun to generalise a lot from language. like u said Malayalis being called junglees (thankfully I havent come across that) and gujratis being called something else and marathis something else.
it is not necessarily true but that how it has come to be 😕

well I am speaking for myself here, wearing jeans has nothing to do with trying to look modern but comfort for me

Wow.
Ashish is really a soft-spoken person. Very very low-key.

I think he might be one of those actors who come to life in front of the camera, and are very quiet off it.

Sanaya ofcourse is her usual darling bubbly self.

TFS the links, @moronKiMallika, and others. 😛

There's a lot going on, and looks like someone in BSD itself is corrupt, that Rudra is chasing after, or someone wearing a BSD uniform.

So if Rudra is in the hospital, looks like so is Paro. Maybe she has lost her memory, as someone's post seemed to suggest. Else how will she end up in Rudra's house ?
