And unfortunate truth is, not always does a Rudra comes to the rescue...hardly if ever...

that moment of heartbreak when he just ignored it.. how many turn a blind eye to these crimes? I saw the spirit within her wither n die that moment when she realized his ignorance (at that moment she thought he really was going to turn a blind eye just like the men n women in society r in situations like these). these r the true horrors in life, not these stupid macho bloodshed some were making such a hue n cry over! 🥱

Agree with both of you, this was more disturbing then all the blood spouting scenes put together because this is an unfortunate reality that many women face and it doesn't differentiate between class, society or race. Sunara, if Rudras exist in real life then probably only one in hundreds of thousands of women who face this ordeal world wide are lucky enough to have one save them. Even though we knew from the promos that he would save her when he rode away and that hope broke in Paros' eyes (The Queen of Expressions title needs to be copyrighted and handed over to Sanaya) something actually broke in me too. Had I been alone I would have shouted at Rudra to get his ass back there. This is one scene I didn't need to see prolonged but the reality is that it does happen and hiding away from it isn't going to make it stop.

Sanaya is such a great actor!

She made the scene really perfect.. the fear and disgust were so vivid in her face.

The whole scene was very well shot!

Sunara I was so shocked when Rudra rode off I thought Did I dream he saved her?
All the stories of women being assaulted in the news are awful enough and no one helps them - I felt Paro's pain (amazing acting from Sanaya) and it was the one thing that really shook me in the episode . I am glad they showed it and glad that Rudra saved her - so many things need to change in our society to create real lasting change - if highlighting this can play even a small part in changing society then that is a good thing

So i'm not the only one who felt like her heart was being stabbed and her breathing was abnormal. And tears didn't wanted to stop.
I don't like watching this type of scenes, they shake me litterally. I know this happens in real too, iss liye i don't want to watch them on tv, because even if the scene if really little, but in that fraction of seconds you are able to feel what the victims of this abuse go throw. It something that no one of us want to feel/watch.

That scene was terrible when we have those horrible memories in recent past with those girls who became the victim. There must be so many such cases in the villages like Birpur where the girls face such incidents and no hero to save them.

I completely understand that. I almost cried but the only reason I didn't was because I skipped some parts. I don't know why but I can never see those scenes without feeling the sheer horror that that girl may be going through. That's why I can never bring myself to watch those scenes. Great post. I'm glad you brought this up. 😊

Sunara 🤗 I know how you feel girl! These type of scenes disturb me to a whole new level. I can take gory ones but never scenes showing sexual harassment :( I get tormented and shaken up pretty bad. And of course Sanaya is a wonderful actress who depicted the horrifying situation quite vividly!

Oh gosh I am sure it must have been difficult for her to shoot this scene

And I am sure women who undergo this type of thing must be scarred for life

Just read about the 16 yr old that was gang-raped twice by same group in Kolkatta, and then set on fire to die - oh my gosh, the horror Words cannot express it

Brought tears to my eyes too.. Sanaya was brilliant in displaying the helplessness , the chocking of voice , the fear. I panicked and had goosebumps . This is what Sanaya's acting does to me. Love her to bits !!
