Aaagh Vicky u writing is A M A Z I N G!!!!
It's a written treat of the epi!👏

You just have to see her cling to Rudra for her dear life , shivering like a winter leaf , as he shields her behind him ( without even once looking at her face ) ...her terrified innocent lamb like eyes adjacent to his ruthless and angry ones.

Like u mentioned Paro is untouched, physically & mentally by any man. When Rudra saved her from those goons, till she saw his face, I hv a feeling she subconsciously become his, there & then.

I loved the parallel they showed between her dream and real.
In her dream she calls for help. A figure comes running, only to set fire around to kill her. Whilst in reality when she calls for help the figure comes running to SAVE her from the fire around her.

Oh My Ashish is doing a splendid job. He steals every epi. What intensity & depth of emotion he displays.

They are both rugged in their own ways.
...It's only the 4th epi, wht is highlighted the most is the PAIN...it's already in their life...but will come crashing like a tsunami, to shake the crumbles of the foundation of the little world they hv built arnd themselves.

Hey Vic,
Res a post for yesterday's episode but didn't get around watching episode 3. I did watch last night though. Ashish and Sanaya have fab chemistry if that little roll in the sand was anything to go by 😆

The episode itself, for me, was a little melodramatic. As you said, the fight sequence was a little too videogamish and out there. But it speaks volumes for the character of Rudra - the character has screen presence having barely said a word.

I am little on the fence with the show but two things in its favour -

1. The death of Paro's parents and the disappearance of Rudra's mum.
2. The chemistry!

MKM! It's such a delight to see you here. I love your posts!

And as always, amazing analysis. You have yet again added more dimensions to the episode than I realised when I first saw it.

Well I don't have much left to say on the episode (you've already covered it all so brilliantly), two things struck me as interesting about the episode.

1. That BSD officer in the shop. Was it just me or was there really not-so-nice vibes bouncing off from him regarding Paro. Do I foresee a I-want-Paro angle from him? That might drive him to create a wedge or rather fuel the fire when it comes Rudra-Paro equation in relation to the arms trade. Just a random thought.

2. The Rudra Divide. Rudra's return has turned Paro's life on it's head. When she will look back on their first meeting, I am sure she will see that it was here that her life divided into before and after. And I don't just mean with regards to their scorching chemistry and clear lurve connection. I mean he comes in her life, completely throws all her preconceived notions and version of truths and realities for a toss. Shows her a completely different side of the world than the one she was led to believe AND leaves her with the first true realisations of being a woman.

And if the precap is anything to go by, the seeds of doubts and questions are already sowed. Her people tried to attack her, the enemy saved her and the Thakur isn't happy about this. It isn't as black and white anymore. Not for Paro.

As for Rudra, I can't wait for her to turn his world grey!

LOVED the mirror motifs and symbolism throughout and that first look in the reflection still makes me go Haaaye!

Also, thank you for this post. It was an amazing read. I loved what you said about them being each other's inverted mirror images and of course the Thakurain Jee. I never thought about it but now that you've mentioned it. I can't stop thinking about it and the crazy, crazy possibilities. Wow.

Much as been said about their first meeting and you've left no stone unturned so I'll just sign off here.

Awesome post as always!

P.S. Sorry for the uber late response!

U r welcum 🤗
Yes rightly stated ! Only then it becomes worthy of ur mind , time and feelings 😃
Yes.. Alas! ... But very few but TRUE men stand up for them
