[This will be about first episode since I got it yesterday night only. The programs are delayed by one day in my place]

The first episode was very well done and intriguing.

So it started with the kids who did a brilliant job. The small boy was just perfect and mindblowing. Loved his part. I loved how the creatives narrated the sorry, that is bringing the past events in such a way..It was beautifully done. Wished the kids part would last longer..they were very good I felt.

Now came Paro. Since in the first episode there's not much about her and Rudra, can't comment much about those characters themselves.

But Sanaya was pretty good in the scenes too.. Though I felt the scene where she sees Rudra coming was a bit overdone and confusing..Well my opinion. Otherwise she was good too.. But her voice was a bit weird..I mean that's not the voice I used to hear 😆 And the accent too I think she needs to work a bit more on it to be more natural. And she needs to put on some weight, she's really too thin.

Ashish..well..Watched his past serial, I never liked him.. I don't think he is 'perfect' for the role.. He's got that rustic raw rugged appeal but his overall physique does not suit well for the role for me..

But someone longer, stronger, "broad" would have been better..someone who would look like Aditya Roy Kapoor or even Iqbal Khan would have been better.. But Ashish is a good actor..let's see if he surprises me in the upcoming episodes.

The plus points in this show are the cinematography, picturisation, the location, story and story telling. Love it!

I won't say that the story is a never seen in the telly world since hate & love story we've seen that several times.. But the background story that is the officers, wars and all, is quite something new to me for TV..well at least from the shows I have watched..

Looking forward to the next episodes! Hope the creatives channel producers don't mess up with this one..

Happy New Year!

The first episode was explosive, literally. The child artists were amazing and the back story and the emotional turmoils of Rudra and Paro have been laid out well. Sanaya did say she is trying to get her Rajasthani dialect right, am sure in few episodes she will get better. She did look beautiful and Ashish has good body language. Waiting to see Paro and Rudra scenes.

Ashish is perfect choice for the the character of rudra. .as for iqbaal khan..no doubt he is good actor but he will look old for such characters. ..as for as acting skills of ashish. .he is is just brilliant and has the ability to get into the skin of every character he plays

I guess her seeing Rudra scene was a dream and thus the natural reaction of Paro was not shown as such.. Mind can play anything unnatural or natural..

and accent.. well I am not a native hindi speaker.. so my chances of dissecting accents of regional dialect is pretty weak. I have trouble understanding the Rajasthani words also sometimes.. anyway a many agreed that San needs to improve on her accent.. But some people like Uma di etc who were familiar with the language (they were the ones who sorted out things for us when we didn't understand something) said in the 2nd one there is a marked improvement, but she is not yet perfect with it..

I guess she will capture it well within 5-10 episodes as she becomes used to it..

She is quite thin i agree.. these episodes were shot after the 3 promos, sneak peak etc.. So i also can see a clear size difference from the 1st still of her that was released and now. And San did say herself that she ran for hours on the slippery desert sands that she lost 4kg weight.. n for some1 who is as slender as she is naturally too, its quite a lot.. but i guess there was no way out of it.. as a sequence that is about 2-3 mins on air will need 8-9hrs of continuous repetitions to shoot properly..

but now that they have moved in to the indoor sets in Mumbai she will gain back the weight.. not easily i guess cz she doesn't put on weight easily.. anywya she loves eating, she will manage something I am sure 😆

Well for me toh.. she looks gorgeous as ever in those lovely Lehengas thin or not! The sun kissed skin tone, is making her glow.. will stop lol b4 i go on a drooling spree here! 😆

But of all things what i really disagree to is any1 being better than Ashish for this role.. specially not IK! I loved him 7-8yrs back but not anymore.. So i am for one glad Ashish bagged the role.. i myself was skeptical until I saw him in action..

And apparently he is a brilliant actor and I am glad San is again working with a good actor after Barun.. (not saying IK is bad! i just don't't like him anymore that is all he LOOKS too old for my taste! real age doesn't matter to me as long as one looks younger.. so that is the issue here for me..)

So ya the total feel of the show is totally unique for TV! love it a lot!

Anyway hope to see u often sharing the stuff u liked about it! 😳

Ashish I am waiting. He hasn't really been in scene. I am hoping the story is strong at least the first few months.

Agree Ashish is really good actor, specially for these types of roles..the angry ones like in Rab Se.. But I think its the physique which is not totally appropriate for the role..

I'll see in the future episodes how he'll be.. I'll get used to him 😃

As for the accent, me too I'm not hindi speaker.. But for me it sounded quite weird... I have heard such accents previously in movies and with the other actors.. As you said.. in few more episodes I think she'll get it correctly..

Yep she looks good but was better in the promos I felt personally..But she does look good..

After watching the first epi it would have been awesome if the shoot continued there..Becuz that place is just too awesome and beautiful.. But impossible 😆 I hope the indoor shooting will be up to the mark as the outdoor one..

Just a question: Is the story shifting to Mumbai..that is are the characters in the story moving to Mumbai? Or the sets are made as if they are in Rajasthan?

well from what I saw in the first epi.. i think the story will be quite strong in the first few months.. Hopefully they don't drag it too much..it'll become boring and nonsensical.. like most of the other shows
