It seemed like after ages...khanak was feeling freedom. She felt rejunevated and excited to see this new phase of her life. This feeling was exhilarating for her. It was all new and all mysterious. Her first travel in a plane had filled her with so much nervousness and excitement. But strangely ShaN was still stuck in her mind somewhere..that he would jump out of no where...she couldn't understand thls play of mind. She looked at her Mangalsutra...and held it tight...and felt alone...but thls time was first ever time when she wasn't missing suraj...this was a first and she couldn't understand this alien feeling...she had no answer to it. She silently followed towards a waiting car along with dadi with shaky steps. She had a weird and happy feeling which she thought was a sin to enjoy coz how could she not miss suraj.
S was fretting in his room. It was still a shock for him to know that khanak went away just like that. She didn't even think to ask him even once. What the he'll she thinks of herself. And dadi was so angry with him that she left without even meeting him...her fav grandson...was khanak getting more close to his dadi...?... y did D take K along? K is illiterate...what if D gets I'll?.. D should have taken Natz. Along...not K..
He was have weird feeling...he couldn't understand why he was angry...so he just shut his mind off his confusion and decided to work on his project... so he left for office.

K: Aunty m very serious about myself...I want to make suraj,adah,dadi and Bai very proud of myself.

K is shocked at this question? She thinks hard and is silent. SHE DOESN'T WANT TO REMOVE HER MARRIAGE SYMBOLS. SHE THINKS ABOUT SHAN AND HER MARRIAGE. SHE HADN'T THT IT WOULD BE SO DIFFICULT FOR HER. BUT SHE HAD NO CHOICE NOW. SHE REMOVED ALL HER MARRIAGE SYMBOLS. AND CAME BACK AS A GIRL. SEEING HERSELF IN MIRROR BROUGHT A SMILE ON HER FACE. IT WAS AS IF SHE WENT BACK IN TIME WHERE SHE FELT LIKE A FREE BIRD. SHE TOOK A FINAL LOOK TOWARDS MANGALSUTRA AND LOCKED IT SAFELY IN HER ALMIRAH. IT HAD NO MEANING IN HER LIFE AS SHE DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE SHAN AS HER HUBBY...AND HE TOH DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE HER EXISTANCE AS A HUMAN LET ALONE AS A WIFE. HE HAD NO RESPECT FOR HER AND THIS THOUGHT PINCHED HER.
K:Aunty where is dadi?
Sk: k from today u or lyk my daughter. Am proud of you for taking this decision. Don't worry aunty is gonna rest. From today ur identity is only khanak. We will help u all we can. Now let's go to dinner. And yeah ur stuff is shifted in the room upstairs...to to the left corner.
After DINNER KHANAK RETIRES TO HER ROOM BUT MISTAKENLY TAKES THE RIGHT TURN AND GOES TO THE CORNER ROOM. SHE JUST ENTERS THE ROOM LIKE THAT AND SEES A GUY SLEEPING ON THE BED. SHE GETS VERY ANGRY.SHE PULLS THE COVER FROM HIM. UNFORTUNATELY...THE GUY IS SLEEPING SHIRTLESS.. K LOSES BALANCE AND FALLS ON HIM.MAKING HIM TOO SHOUT OUT LOUD WITH SHOCK. BOTH OF THEM FALL OFF THE BED SHOUTING AT EACH OTHER. FINALLY THEY PART FROM EACH OTHER. KHANAK IS VERY EMBARRASSED AND Angry AT THE SAME TIME. KHANAK RECOGNISED THE GUY FROM THE PIC SHE SAW IN THE DRAWING ROOM. SHE'S SHOCKED AND SPEECHLESS AND SEEING HIM SHIRTLESS SHE JUST TURNS AROUND.
THE GUY IS SILENTLY STARING AT HER.
GUY: what the he'll are you doing here in this room? And who the he'll are you?
K: look if m not mistaken u r in wrong room. This is my room. And whoever i am...dont bother with it. Its none of ur business. I was told this is my room. So u please u wear ur shirt and get out.
GUY: WHAT the shit lady? This is my room ...RK's room. First toh u enter stealthily and then call my room as urs...and telling me to not ask u your identity in my own home. U better get out before i throw u...

K : corner room at the left side...
Rk : oh...am so sorry madam...my mistake...thus us really ur room...

As k goes near the door..he pushes her out and tells
Rk: this us right side of the floor...get lost to the left corner which is that room...u idiot...and slams the door on her face..
K is embarassed...she realises she took the wrong turn...but she angry at rk behaviour...she thinks even shan is,stinking rich and spoilt but when he met her in dhulwari he was,so polite,freindly,nothing like this rk...shan is rude now coz of circumstances otherwise they could have beeen good freinds. And this,realisation halts her in her tracks...she couldnt beleive she was defending shan and thinking they could be freinds...this,was impossible...he was the enemy...how could she even think they could have been freinds...she thought tiredness was taking a toll on her. This time she went to a right room...and slept like a baby...forgetting everything around her in a deep soundless sleep.

Shan is still irritated. He deels let down that natz came to office without even waking him up. He goes to her cabin.
S: Natz what is this? Wasnt it ur duty to wake me up. U came to office and not once thought about me.
N: look shan. I really forgot. I thought waisey bhi u were tired since two days so i thought i wouldnt stress u and handle the project..and funish it for you. I thought u will be happy and releived.
S: thats not the bloody point. The point is u thought about only urself. And whats with completing the project. We both are supposed to do it together. Am happy u help me and guide me always...but i felt bad natz. I always think about you and u..and u hurt me. Natz...how could u forget to wake me up?..
N: common S. Stop being angry now. I that u we're tired and I know u feel projects,and presentations,are a headache...so I was just helping u so that sunil uncle doesn't scold you. But I thought as u will wake up by urself like daily...so I didn't give it much tht. Plz am sorry..chill now. And ur project is ready... u can show it to uncle and can relax now. And it's not as I wake u up daily.U do that urself..strange...may be u really changed for good.
Shan suddenly thinks...if natz,doesn't set that clock daily for him and leave that breakfast for him...so it's,khanak...she does that without fail..in fact has been doing it since the day he decided to work and join office...oh my God...and how badly I scolded her...yet she did this for me... He looks towards natz...and instead of hugging her leaves silently to his cabin. He thinks nobody takes him seriously. Again he was remembering k. But then he shut his mind...I don't care about her. Just six months and she will be out if my life...and y should I even care when she dares so much as to leave even without informing me. Y am I irritated and taking the frustration out in natz.. Fine if khanak can do what she wants...even I am free to enjoy myself... it's been long since I went on a date with natz...so after presentation it will be me and natz...and let khanak ...khanak...but where has,she gone...how,do I find her... oh hell y do I even care...he goes to give presentation. As soon as he gives his presentation..he goes to sunil..
S: DAD urmm I was,thinking...
Sunil: shan... u we're late today. But at least u completed ur presentation or I thought again natz,would do it for you. Thank God kanak is gone now ..nobody will touch and spoil ur work...but I miss her food...really... but shan. Why we're u angry today in morning ...she isn't ur wife...so y bothered she tells,anyone or not. Just like u or free...she's also free. Just like this is not a marriage u accept and u r free to do whatever u want...it would be fair even if she wants to be free...good mom took her away...
S: Yeah dad right...what should I bother... she's free..absolutely free...I only think that she hasn't been out of dhulwari ever so hope she is safe in a new place...I thought ...what if court asks me about her whereabouts...just that's y I was worried...u know...that's y I was asking...else who cares what she does and where she is?
Shan thought he would get his answer this time. But..alas...
Sunil: Don't worry...ur dadi took permission from court before taking her,away.. so relax and enjoy ur date with natz that u we're planning g before I came. OK bye son...I won't be home tonite am going in site. OK tc bye.

Shan was feeling an urge to punch something. He didn't know why his moods we're changing so fast. Why was he feeling angry. He should be happy that he would be spending time with his love natz... but here he was feeling irritation at God knows,what. He was suddenly feeling too tired. Y was khanak. Whereabouts affecting him. Nope he would enjoy his time with natz. He wouldn't spoil his mood for khanak... he decided to go on date with his natz. Natz called him up..
N: Shaan am waiting let's go...
SHAAN: yeah natz...let's...go...I want to but I think am having an headache today due to lack of sleep. Yesterday...so I think I better go and sleep...u now how grumpy I become if I don't get a proper sleep. We will definitely go sme other day. OK. And I think u should also sleep else u would get black circles,under ur eyes which I would not like. OK bye natz...gudnite.
Natz is stunned. She feels hurt thinking that ShaN is still angry with her for morning. But still he had never cancelled there single date yet come what may...and today he did it. Why was he behaving weird...she had no clue.
SHAN ..reached home and as,he opened his,wardrobe... the divorce papers fell... he just stared at them...h just read, one word khanak... saw her sign... he took a pen out to do his sign... but...didn't know, why...he kept it back without signing it and slept once again feeling an anger on y the hell was he thinking about her.
