part 7- dinner part was awesome& part 8- i just loved this one...Shaan let her fall on the floor...so funny...i started laughing reading thisKhanak kissed him...hmmm..goodbut i dont know why i m feeling this...think that was not a tattoo ...mean it seemed like tattoo but..its sumthing else...well, dont know whether m right not but.😕...wht say???
PART 9
At the dinner table..
A: what took you guys so long?
S: she was just showing me her amazingly HUGE bedroom! karishma, you will love it! go check it out later!
Taj: yup, that is what she does with the money her father saved for her, spends it on useless things that don't really matter. he says with fierceness, that hurt Khanak..
Aaron unaware of the sarcasm in his voice starts laughing, and everyone follows, expect Shaan and Khanak.
He looks up at Khanak and sees the sudden transformation in her eyes, she was sad. She excused herself and went to the kitchen to get the food for everyone. Everyone enjoyed their meal and there was a lot of chitter-and- chatter.
Taj: Khanak, go get the dessert!
K: jee..
T: and cut the brownie well before you get it and make sure the vanilla scoop on top of each brownie is perfectly round!! i want everything to be perfect, esp. the dessert! now go and get it fast!
K: jee..
She silently walks into the kitchen and wonders how she can get a perfectly round scoop of ice- cream! she did not know how, but she HAD to make it perfect, to avoid her aunt and uncle yelling at her and hurting her…
What am I going to do now? SHIT! she thought…
"you want some help?"
Khanak turned to look at her saviour, it was shaan!
K: oh hey, yea sure.. thank you!
S: wow! another thank you, from YOU, today i must be lucky! he grinned saying this..
K: whatever…
S: so what to do? why don't you cut the brownie perfectly and ill scope the perfectly round ice- cream.
K: yea ok
Khanak sets to work and cuts perfect squares, that was the easy part, Shaan took upon himself the tough part. As khanak sets 8 dessert plates and places the perfect squares in them. Shaan tries to make the perfect scoop, but he fails. So khanak decides to show him how to do it.
S: wow! you look professional at scooping the ice- cream! im impressed!
K: she smiles and says yea after doing this for years i have managed to kinda master it, but its still really hard.
S: teach me!
Khanak takes Shaans hand and places his hand on her hand to demonstrate to him, to teach him how to scoop the ice- cream! his hand completely cover up khanaks hand, showing how big he was compared to her… After the "ice- cream scooping lesson" khanak gets a tray and places the 8 plates on it.. and they both head out to the table..
Taj: what took you so long huh? and its not manners to get help from a guest khanak, learn some manners, what will people think? they'll think your parents didn't teach you anything.. he said with a stern look
Khanak again felt bad as according to Taj she was never perfect and her parents never taught her anything. She did not want to let her parents' name get ruined.
S: actually uncle, because of me it took so long, she was teaching me how to scoop ice- cream and i was not helping her at all, she did all the work.
With that Taj's face was shut and he felt in a position where he could not talk.. Shaan just owned him!!!
after serving everyone, khanak sits down next to Shaan for her own plate of dessert
K: whispers "thanks shaan!"
S: wooahh! hold it there Khanak, one thanks per day is all i can take! you are giving me like 2 thank you in less than an hour.. looks like the sun will rise from the west tomorrow! he grins..
Shaan and khanak giggle a little and then get tuned into the conversation happening at the table.
Khanak goes outside to drop everyone, along with Aaron. She has a small talk with Shaan
K: so how come we didn't fight by the end of the night?
S: its because your ego gave way!
K: no it was because YOU, mr. shaan were especially nice to me!
S: oh wateva! miss over- confident!
K: no seriously you were nice tonight! BUT you still have to tell me sorry for TWO things!! One: for yelling at me, Two: for letting me fall in the bathroom and not holding me! And you HAVE to tell me thank you! for saving your father's life?
S: dream on, you will NEVER hear those that word from me! and BTW, i already thanked you in ur clinic?
K: NO! that was a different kind of thank you! i want a thank you like you mean it!
S: but i DID mean it when i told you in ur clinic?
K: NO! that doesn't count! i was in a sympathetic mood that time so i didn't say anything, but NOW, im NOT, so tell me SORRY AND THANK YOU!
S: told you, you won't hear those words from me, ESP for YOU, NO WAYYY!
K: why are you such a pain in the ***
S: cos i want YOU to not like me, cos i don't want to waste my time on people like YOU!
with this, khanak got really angry… what started to be a nice conversation now turned plates. She lost her temper with his ego.. "Why is he nice sometimes and mean the other times? i really don't get him! whatever.. shaantanu can go and live in mumbai for the rest of his life!" khanak thought..
K: omg! dude, then why are you talking to me right now?
S: cause i don't want to leave a girl who is attracted to me, hanging here alone..
K: points her finger to him and says, who do you think you are? some kind of god who every girl likes? if you think you are that person then I AM SORRY you are NOT!
S: you said sorry again! HA HA HA!
K: ARGHHH! just go away and stay happily and forever in mumbai!
S: thanks for the awesome, sarcastic greetings!
K: just go shaan! have a splendid journey back to india! malaysia is happy to get rid of you by tomorrow morning!
S: oh once again, THANK YOU KHANAK!
K: OOOH!! you just said THANK YOU! hahahahaha! your ego crushed mr. khandelwal?
After realizing that he said thank you, not once but TWICE, he lost his temper and walked away hurriedly to get into his car after saying his byes to Aaron.
"ARGH! why did you fail in front of her? you never say thank you to a girl dude! what is wrong with you! ARGH!" Shaantanu thinks and walks away..

Next morning
K: aahhh good morning sunshine
She wakes with a broad smile on her face, after the achievement she had last night, of making Shaan say thank you! she looked at her watch, it was 8 o'clock, it was a saturday!
K: finally that idiot is OUT of my country… now there will be some peace in my life…
Saying this she walks over to Aaron's room to decide about some plans for the day…
K: aaron, whats the plan for today? lets go to Andrea's party tonight! she says this while entering his room.
She is wearing her tiny, loose, Tweety shorts with a sleeveless long shirt.. it almost looks like she is not wearing anything under her lonnnggg blouse, but she IS wearing shorts..
As she walks in, she sees Aaron talking to someone.. it was THE SHAAN!
" what the hell is he still doing in malaysia? wasn't he supposed to go to his country already?" Khanak thought..
K: Oh hey Shaan, what are YOU doing here?
A: oh di, actually he cancelled his trip, there was an urgent change in our project so he going to stay back for another week. Karishma is also staying here for a week, only Sunil uncle has gone back.
K: OMG! shaan, how can you leave your father to go alone all the way to india when just got out of the hospital! you have no feelings for him?
S: shut up khanak! i sent my secretary with him! don't tell me what i am supposed to do! he rebuttals her and this keeps her quiet.
Seeing the tension, Aaron is quiet astounded… He gets a call and walks out of the room, he signals Khanak to keep him company! with a frown she goes and sits on the couch where Shaan is sitting!
Shaan stares at khanak, "she looks so hot in that night dress! she has beautiful legs!"
K: Stop staring at me shaan!
K: I thought you never give in to a girl, but looks like you are just falling for the one sitting in front of you!! she says teasingly!
S: oh shutup ms. Over- confident… i was just lost in thought and you came and sat in the place i was staring at.. I stare at things when i am in deep thought, so don't think too much of yourself!
K: wateva dude, we both know what is the truth…
Khanak was literally the first girl who caught Shaans attention a little longer than the other girls..
Aaron walks in…
A: hey di, i cant go for the party tonight!
K: AAARON! but you promised to take me! ill be all alone there! please come with meee!! its been so long since we have partied together!!
A: I know di, but cant help it, its my work!
K: omg! don't you DARE become a workaholic! watch Zindagi Na Milege Dobara! don't waste your life like how Hrithik wasted his man!
A: di, you are taking this over board, its just today!
K: but ill be all aloneee!!
Aaron thinkss..
A: SHAAN! buddy can you please accompany my sister, she will not leave me like this!
S: yea sure dude, im cool with it, better ask your sister!
A: is it ok if shaan takes you?
"Arghhh! party with Mr. Arrogant? crappp! its not going to be good! ill just go with my other friends…" Khanak thinks..
