Opens the lids on the bowls when he finds omelttes he is shocked

K: I made some... (squeamish)

S: EGGS? (shocked)

S: No bacon (softly)

K is infuriated "NO!"

S: Wednesdays are bacon mornings'' (softly serving himself some omlettes)

She clanks her bowls and plates, serving herself paranthas

She doesn't look at him

Takes it to the sofa, the newspaper is missing

She looks every where, he waits for her to ask

K: Wheres todays newspaper

S: In the study'

He saunters to the living room and sits on the couch, answers phone calls while he eats, once he is done, he helps himself to her parantha when she goes in to answer her phone.

She gets more, eats up, lingers, wonders how or if she should say good bye or take off as if it doesn't bother her

But it does, so she waits''

He is on the phone again

When he is done she asks "Aaj aap DLF nahi challenge?"

"Nope!" texting

"Oh! I better go then?"

She is changed into a pink suit her stuff is all ready on the sofa''

K: I' I shud go'

S: Yep! (looks at her blandly)

K:Will you reach at Noon or the flight's at Noon?

S: Flight''

She fidgets with the edge of the sofa

He gets up' walk over to her, "Do you have the keys?"

K:Hmmm

His hands are in his pockets

He waits and she waits also''.

K: You are going to be busy?

S: Is that a roundabout way of saying u wont call?

K: Will you?

S: We are room mates, do you expect all ur room mates to call? (say something Khanak, kinda tone)

K: I don't'.. (embarrassed)

K flushes nervously

K: making veggie stew with cheese and potato pancakes'.

S: You watch TV when I am not home?

K: I do a lot of things when u are not home
