After exactly 5 minutes of lull she typed "May I get a ride home?"

Now it was his turn to have a heart condition, he stared at the question for more than a minute... highlighted it... and stared

"Why? Did you miss your bus?" he typed and waited... holding his breath

After a world record breaking pause in conversation

"No! I did not miss my bus" she declared blushing intensely

It was her turn to wait...

She looked as if she had just asked a random stranger if he would go to bed with her.

She stared at her screen without batting her eyelids

"Sure" he said

A small sliver of joy started snaking up her toes, over her belly and finally got to her face and pulled her lips apart in a smile''.

"Thx" she types with butter fingers

"I have a call at 6:15" he says

"Oh!" she says

She leaves it at that not knowing how to end the conversation. This man was causing feelings and emotions never before experienced by her, not as a teen, not while pursuing Sooraj

She waited for the IM to say "Shantanu Gujral is typing" but it did not happen

She opened her CAD SW and looked at the most recent designs for Block B

Shaan: Hmmm

Khanak who jo 4 designs ki baat chal rahi hai I don't think they will pass

They talk about work for 10 minutes''.

When she has nothing to say she quitens down

Shaan: No fighting on the agenda today? (softly)

She shakes her head looking out the window''

The driver gets her home.

Khanak gets down, Shaan brings her stuff, like always, it reminds her of Pradeep and "home"

She takes her stuff and pauses, he does a "You first" with his arm, and she climbs

Gets to her door, finds her keys after some fumbling

Unlocks, hits the lights...

Khanak: Aap chalenge andar?

"Nahi" he says firmly but politely, waits for her to enter and shut the steel door

She looks at him, he is looking at her bobbing earring, before he turns away and slides down two steps at a time...

hi aditee... I am expecting my baby soon and is on maternity leave for last few weeks. casa has been my companion for the last three weeks at home. its been wonderful to read casa. I loved the way you write...and has become your fan...I read all the parts of it twice now...

I have started watching the serial after I read casa.

I also saw the discussion going on regarding casa moving to somewhere else. I am not sure if I am a right person to comment on what's been discussed, as this is my first post on this forum and haven't been with you guys for long enough. I completely understand your disappointment of not being able to get the proper response. But I would like to request you to consider using the forum than moving it to somewhere else as I think the basis of this story was from the play. Thanks.
