She had an early lunch she was tired and wanted chai, walked over to Swati's desk first, no sign of her, Ira's, she was on the phone with ,M&D Mumbai

She waved and made a face indicating she will be long.

It had been a day of phone calls

Pradyun first, talked for almost an hour, or lets just say, forced her to listen, wouldn't let her hang up''.. Wanted her to come by and see him or he threatened to come over during the weekend

One of his big projects in Sem 1 was almost finishing up, "that should explain my hiatus" he said''

She aske him if he went to Mumbai

"You are HERE, why would I go to Mumbai" he smirked

I don't know of another girl that's like you. Ive noticed even at lunch you say ne sentence in the whole hour you are with your friends

The elevator stops, Atharv smiles "You didn't let me buy you chai, but atleast thanks for hanging out"

She enters and turns around, and stares straight at her husband's face

White shirt, tan dockers''.

They are the only two people in the elevator

The chai almost falls off her hand, in fear

He doesn't say ONE word, just sips his coffee

Beeep! Goes the elevator

"Does he have any idea he is falling for another man's wife?"😳😳 he says ever so casually smoothly, almost lazily''' looking at her with a strange intensity''.. like he were telling her "I sent you the attachment in pdf format"😆 something as mundane and ridiculous as that!!

Khanak almost spits the mouthful of tea. And stares at him in shock

He straightens himself off the brass rail and walks away''without looking back at her
