Okay finally after alot of inconvenience, update complete!
Please excuse errors on my frustration at the internet and sleepiness
Shuppy-Khanak scene
Shaan lying on bed, magazine in hand while Puppy is on the laptop doing what he knows best (Is it just me or has the character undergone a radical change from sleeping all the time to using the laptop all the time??Is it like a phase thing?Changes with the moon?)
Khanak at the door.Gestures to Shaan to come out for a second (Umm new hairstyle? me wonders...kind of like the puffy thingie women do aagay se)
Shaan says to Puppy Dudeee I have been meaning to talk to you for some time
Puppy is hairaan pareshan (No actually he is just what?Very unconcernedly.If it were me I would be more curious.Going through a few theories.)
Shaan gives Puppy a lecture about how tough life is and how everything is nice despite it all (Errm.O-kayyy.I am trying to find the point of the conversation.But since I totally get randomness I wouldn't mind if it didn't have a point.I mean, does everything in life have to have a point?)
Shaan slaps Puppy on the thigh and says and this is because you are with me (Oh I believe he means to be using Puppy as a way to be indirectly talking to Khanak who is still standing at the threshold.Creepy way I think.But whatever keeps them happy!)
You are my lucky charm(he says with hand still on thigh)and I know nothing shall happen to me till you are with me (The hand has now been removed and now his arm is around Puppy's neck)
Puppy finally shows some fear and says Oye I am not that type of a guy!Don't you come near me!
Shaan ignores him, puts his arms around him (I am imaging him doing the same thing to Khanak and ignoring whats on my screen.I suggest you all do the same🤔) and says please you never leave me! Because whenever you leave me I feel like running back to you!
Puppy says don't you have no sharam (😲Khanak keeps asking him the same thing!This is NOT GOOD) baap bhai nahi hain kya jo meray par line maarta hai? (😆) Don't you dare look at me with that nazar! Bhaag yahan se!
Shaan says FINE! I am going! You sure?? Puppy says yes yes sure!(Ohhh acha this was "the plan")
Shaan does something which I have managed to with difficulty erase from my memory. You can go watch it if you're interested![Okay fine I shall tell you.He STROKES Puppy's cheek! YUCK!]
Shaan comes out and Khanak pulls him out (Errm it was an amalgamation of him coming out and her pulling him out)
Khanak asks him if he met Khushi
Shaan says no I did not meet her just heard her voice.Says she said it won't be good for me if I don't go from here.He rolls his eyes (Seriously the two of us could have a eye rolling competition.I would SO win it though-he needs a bit more practice to get just the right hint of derisiveness and what-everness in his rolls )
Khanak says I KNEW this was going to happen! Now what will we dooo?!?!
Shaan says Khanak don't worry.Main hoon na.Who has the himmat to take me away from my Khanak.Anyway I have to go find work so I can stop being a vela and can collect money for next month's rent
Khanak says don't worry the money shall come since I am with you(Because umm she found that pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow)
*cute ShaNak hug* (Actually a normal hug but since its ShaNak it can't help but be cute)
Khanak says Besht of Luck!
Shaan says Thankoo (So like instead of her progressing, we'll have a him regressing??Or is it like some weird flirting thing going on?😕)
The Cool Dude and Dudette
Khushi leaving.Adi comes after her and says O madam! What is wrong with you??Turned traitor on me??
She says No no he said he was a singer so I got all starry eyed and impressed (Okay no what she actually said was I thought since he is from the same industry he might come in handy.Ah woman is selfish.Take note people) But he turned out to be a struggler-so uncool(Woman is also a snob)
Adi says whatever he is we just need to get him out of this house!
Khushi says don't worry.We shall oust him from the room! When we two are together nothing can stop us!
Adi says right right-Shaan just wait and watch! (Hehe.Jess! I told you you should copyright it!)
Just a phone call away!
Shaan in a PCO on a red phone with 2 people standing in line outside and posters of a man in a black suit and a woman in a saree on the wall behind
He is making calls to music companies and being rejected/disheartened/disappointed with each call (So like dude I think you need to take this as a sign that you're supposed to go into business instead of wasting time over music!)
Finally someone tells him to come over.He says hope kaam ban jaaye then I shall see who throws me out from that house!
The Three Evil Villains(I know I know-am just trying to reinforce the extent of their evilness)
Adi stuffing Shaan's clothes into a bag while saying good bye! This room, this bed, this everything is mine and there is no place for you here!
Khushi helping him and agreeing
Puppy standing by the wardrobe and nodding and generally looking happy
Khanak comes and sees this
She comes in and says You are throwing Shantanu's stuff out! Adi jee you can't do this! Khushi says whats it to do with you??We shall do what we want.
Khanak (rightly) ignores her and turns to Adi and says Adi jee aap aisa nahi ker saktay!
Adi says dekho Khanak.Khushi interrupts saying look this is Addy's room and if he hasn't paid rent for a month or so it doesn't mean that anyone can come and take over it! (Okay first of all the woman is irritating me! And second of all she needs a few lessons in the whole 'renting rooms and the terms and conditions' business!) and we tried to explain it to him with pyaar in the morning but he didn't maan tou we have no other option.She picks up Shaan's things
Khanak gets upset and snatches them back and says that Shantanu has also given kiraya and who are you to touch his things??Policewoman?Ghundi?Ghunday ki behen hai?
Khushi says Listen you! Khanak says You list-en!(reminding me of the way British people say of-ten😍) if anyone touches Shaantanu's stuff acha nahi hoga!
Khushi says warna what huh??And btw why are you chinta-ing so much for him??What is he to you?
Khanak gets flustered. Adi is interested and heartbroken (Nah not really.Not yet at least)
Adi says (very pyaar se) Dekho Khanak its not your problem.Why are you coming in between?We will solve it! You go and relax! Khushi is being all what the heck??Why is he talking to her pyaar se??Puppy is doing something weird with his eyes (Kind of looks like he is about to have a seizure)
Puppy says Haan haan jao let Khushi do what she wants with Khushi (*gag*) Khushi please cant-inue (BTW I don't get Puppy being so evil to Khanak all the time.He treats her like dirt! Like what right does HE have?!LOSER! Ugh.I want to punch him till he is blue and black then stuff his sore and bruised body into a tiny box so that the continued pressure keeps hurting him till he is unable to feel anything!😡)
Khanak gets teary eyed and runs away from the room.Adi starts to go after her but is stopped by Khushi's evil looks (Aww he is such a cutie! 😃)
Khanak goes and almost hugs a pillar(Ab bechari kya karay?There is no Shaan to hug na) and says what do I do now??How do I tell Shaan??Shantanu where are youuu?!
To chorus or not to chorus?
Man comes out of office says Is a Shaan here??
Shantanu gets up and says Yes me!
Man says oh so you are a singer??Chalo sing for me! (Great.Another non-professional professional)
Shaan looks around and says Yahaan??
Man says yeah yeah!
Shaan starts singing Dil ka yeh mamla
One and a half lines later Man says cool cool.You sing well.Go to the recording room.We shall start recording in 5! (So I am guessing Sunil or Akshay called in a favour?Or paid some money?)
Man goes away without listening to Shaan's Thank you!
Shaan is confused.Then goes into room and thinks how happy Khanak and Sunil will be
Shaan goes into recording room which has a guy and 2 girls there.He is confused
The initial Man comes in and says okay you all have to sing in chorus.And tells them some idiotic line they need to repeat thrice(Oh no wonder he was so unprofessional)
Shaan says sorry I am Lead Singer! I don't sing in chorus!
Man says sorry lead singer someone else! You want to sing in chorus or not??
Shaan says no can do and leaves recording room
Man follows him out
Shaan says you should have told me pehle that its a chorus(Seriously man, take whatever you can get!Its how you climb up the rungs!)
(Then I am thinking he says something else and Man says something but that part was cut in my video!)
Shaan says thanks for help, is about to leave when man says you shall get 1000 bucks cash!
Shaan goes into FB mode
But by that time a guy comes and heads into recording room and thus when Shaan finally says yes to chorus the Man says sorry that guy has been with us for a year.Your chance is gone! (Bleh.Told you so!)
The Confrontation
*thash-thash-thash-violins music*
Shaan returns to GB's house, sad and upset
Sees his bags in the living area
Khanak comes and they share a sad eyelock
*sound of someone snapping their fingers-but like someone not very good at it*
It is Puppy the guppy.He does a snap-snap-get-your-bags-and-go kind of thing
*white flashes on Shaan's angry face*
Shaan makes to beat him to pulp when Adi comes and says
Nuh-uh no need to say Thank you! We packed your bags, you jsut pick them up, Puppy shall call the rickshaw
*tashan music*
Shaan says Listen am telling you the last time-am not leaving till GB returns so just leave me alone, a'ite?
*weird cool techno music* as Khushi enters
She says Really?
Shaan turns back as the screen flashes *dhush-dhush* and his long mane flows, his eyes narrow and laser beams come out (🤣)
*A-ha A-ha Yo Yo! music*
Khushi says agar akelay rehnay ka itna shauq then why don't you leave (Because the love of his life is there you idiot)
(I hope Khushi and Puppy get married and leave on their honeymoon)
*lots of close-ups of everyones faces*
Khushi asks Shaan cat got your tongue?Waise it happens, mujhe dekh ker achay achon ki bolti bund ho jaati hai blah blah BLAH
*more close-ups of everyone's faces*
Puppy says why are you staring? (I am wondering the same thing.Can you like SPEAK?!) I have no time, pick your bags and leave
Shaan continues in his staring mode (I think he is trying to think of witty comeback but failing to come up with anything)
Khanak runs away from room.Shaan sees her and runs after her.The others, being too full of themselves fail to notice that he is following Khanak and start barsao-ing praises on Khushi
Puppy tries to maska maro her saying I always knew Khushi was different! The coolest! The awesomest!
Adi says he is probably sitting somewhere in the corner crying. Calls out to Shaan ke ask me if you need a handkerchief!
Khushi says okay enough am damn(the woman also swears.An effort to appear cool, one wonders?)hungry who shall make me a protein shake?
Puppy volunteers and runs to do the needful.Ad-Khushi Hi5
ShaNak scene
*Happy Birthday music* (Might I suggest getting a few new tunes?This one is a bit overdone and err not very appropriate over here)
Khanak sitting on the steps, leaning against the wall and sobbing(okay not really sobbing, more like being sad and weepy)
Shaan comes and sits next to her
He asks her why she came out?Did something happen?Did someone say something?Did someone misbehave?
Khanak keeps shaking her head
Shaan asks her then why is she crying (Well because apparently the writer is a man who thinks all women can do is cry *rolls eyes*)
Khanak says no one said anything to me.I tou am crying for you because I felt bad that they did you atmaan in front of everyone and threw out your stuff(well technically there is no everyone since the whole audience was comprised of the people doing the atmaan and Khanak)
*Happy Birthday music continues making me burst into hysterical laughter*
And the worst part was it all happened in front of me but I couldn't stop them and neither could I-
Shaan interrupts her, wiping her tears, and says I know you love me alot and can't bear that I am pareshaan-ed but you need to be strong! If you cry then I will also become weak
*ShaNak share a soulful stare*
And weak people never reach their manzil.And your smile is my greatest strength.And these are little things, we must prepare to deal with the bigger stuff.
And see that the people who make you cry, I shall make them double cry! (Which reminds me there was a certain someone whose actions lead to you breaking Khanak's heart but all you did was hug that person so are you sureee you will keep your promise this time?Or do I need to move on now??)
Shantanu says they are taking my silence as my weakness but now no matter what happens, I will stay in this house
Shaan looks into the distance, Khanak looks at Shaan
